“The service was great and fast. The custard was very very good. Got the Carmel Apple Pie Concrete. The place was real clean too. The burgers were good and tasty, they are flat like a smash burger patty. The fries are very thin but crispy and good.
The reason for just 4 stars isn’t because of those things, but when I saw the chili hot dog on the menu and in videos it was a nice good size. What I got was small/medium. The custard sizes are small too. A large is like a medium or small at other places. So the prices on the custards are a little high. You will get a bigger bang for your buck at Dairy Queen.“

“Great customer service! I placed an order on the app then the app wouldn't let me check in. Long story short I had lots of problems with the app and got an email saying I was charged. The employees made my order even though it didn't show the order placed on their side. After I left I got an email saying I was refunded by the app. I called to pay for the order over the phone and they were awesome!“

“The sweetest staff!!! Their network was down and only excepted cash (which I didn’t have), and my kids were so upset, but the staff ended up giving my kids a cookie at no cost!!! I would highly recommend everyone getting cookies or cakes at this location because they truly care! Thank y’all!“

“We tried to get the app to get food and when form was filled with our personal info.. it went to another site that was used to clean out our bank account. Bank is handling all the charges. “Best ice cream in Austin hands down! They create the most incredible flavor combinations and haven’t let me down once. Also located at meanwhile so you can have a beer and get ice cream which is a win win. They also have a trio of scoops which allows you to try out multiple flavors which is always appreciated for those that are indecisive. This is a spot I bring everyone who visits and they are always blown away. Also don’t sleep on the milkshakes, they are 10/10. Don’t miss Thursday pint drops either , they are incredible.“
