“Well if anyone needs an excuse to go try a smash burger from The Boss Cheesesteak, this is it lol. Probably one of the best burgers in general that I’ve had in a really long time. I got a triple but ate it before I could get a good pic. It was massive, hot, fresh, cheesy and so filling. 5 stars all around. Tried their #1 cheesesteak yesterday and it also did not disappoint. We got the fried gyoza, at other places they are always always over fried! At Daichi they were perfect. The table was set so nicely with such a cozy atmosphere! The customer service was incredible! She made homeade kid chopsticks for my daughter out of paper and rubber bands.

“I took the family for dinner on a Saturday night and the restaurant was packed. (It makes sense because Olive Garden classic dishes are always a hit for any household.) The front wait staff did their best but our 15min wait became over an hour due to some miscommunication and mix-up. The manager Chris came over to help us after realizing the tough situation and took very good care of us. He was compassionate, respectful, and super helpful and made a priority to get us seated at our table right away. I really appreciated his understanding and extra efforts to make sure we got everything we needed. Our waitress was Lindsay and she was also the best. She apologized for the long wait and did everything she could to make us feel welcome. She took our orders perfectly and kept checking in on us to make sure we were ok. I was very impressed with the customer service at Olive Garden, and the way they tried extra hard to make up for the small mix-up in the beginning. Despite it being a super busy weekend night, Olive Garden treated us like family and made us feel like valued guests. I definitely recommend this restaurant :)“

“I ordered the Super Italian, and brother… I swear, that sandwich didn’t just feed me—it healed me. Soon as I took that first bite, I felt like I had dual citizenship. One in America, and one in whatever beautiful Italian grandmother’s kitchen this thing was crafted in. Meat stacked so high it looked like a deli counter had a baby. Pepperoni, salami, ham—more layers than my ex-wife’s emotional baggage, and every single one of ‘em tasted like redemption. The bread? Oh man, the bread was like a little crunchy cloud, baked by angels who’ve been carb-loading since the Renaissance. And the oil and vinegar drizzle? It ran down my hands like the tears of a Sicilian man watching the final scene of The Godfather. After that sandwich, I walked outside and hugged a tree. Waited on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to their support only to hear they have to contact the store. And my food is still nowhere to be found and is probably cold by now.

This has been a terrible experience and there is nothing anyone can do. Support can’t do anything and there is not any other recourse if they mis-deliver your food. You will just have to sit and wait.
