Maritza works mornings and is AMAZING. She always provides the best service. Not to mention, one day, she noticed I was crying, and had the sweetest words of encouragement to provide. We need more people like Maritza! (PS. So sorry if I'm spelling your name incorrectly.)
Ok. The food is good but the ambiance needs some up dating. Panera looks & feels like self service. So it's not my first choice on places to eat. But I remember when Panera was new in Houston we would wait in long lines to get the black beans. Which is only now available seasonally. Too bad

Never really been impressed with Panera Bread in general, but I had hopes it was just other locations, so we stopped here while traveling for supper. We walked in and one of our children was car sick and vomited profusely on the floor. No matter how many napkins might have been available this was a job that was going to need a mop and water/cleaner. I informed the guy at the front.
