Food was good as usual but the pomegranate hibiscus tea was not tasty at all. Would not recommend. Please don’t serve this drink and call it hibiscus tea!

better check your pickup orders everytime, they got it soooo wrong its laughable. im paying so much money and they cant even put all the ingredients on the sandwich???

By far the best Panera in Waco. I go here at least 2 times a week. All the employees are so friendly and work diligently to get food out fast and warm. I use mobile ordering and it’s always ready to go and accurate.
Sometimes they can’t fulfill my order if they are out of an ingredient. They call me right away to let me know and offer me an alternative that’s normally a better option.

Frankly, I’ve never had a truly bad experience here and I’ve been there at least 200 times. They are all so kind. It speaks to the management to foster that culture. Even the workers talking amongst themselves are kind to each other even under pressure. It always brightens my day getting to interact with the Panera team in the morning before heading off to work. I would drop specific names of all the great employees there, but I know I would miss some.

This was my 1st here after Covid the pandemic and it was great everything then I come in today for lunch and it was lunch time so naturally the lines were long but they moved swiftly. My issue is my meal. I wanted it hot and it was COLD- the opposite of HOT. Then they asked if I wanted a whole or half a sandwich I wanted a WHOLE sandwich but they freaking gave me a 1/2 a sandwich. Why?? The bread wasn’t toasted and it was falling apart. I don’t typically leave reviews like this one but please do better Panera Bread

The person who took our order had trouble finding the sandwich I wanted. Even though I did not tell him to, he entered the sandwich without avocado. In addition, he entered the wrong salad for my husband. Thank goodness we don't live here. If we did, I would not return to this location.

Level of food and experience is very disappointing at this location. My complaint
1, cesar salad: lettus did not look fresh. Tasteless and hardly any seasoning
2, booth seats. Torn.
3. Tables. Dirty and needed wiping
4, drink station. Dirty and needed cleaning
5. Food temperature, warm. Even the soup
I do not recommend this location
