Never really been impressed with Panera Bread in general, but I had hopes it was just other locations, so we stopped here while traveling for supper. We walked in and one of our children was car sick and vomited profusely on the floor. No matter how many napkins might have been available this was a job that was going to need a mop and water/cleaner. I informed the guy at the front. He asked if we were ready to order so I assumed he did not hear me. So I repeated that my child threw up on the floor and he dismissed it with someone will clean it up later. It was right in the middle of the walkway in, so not only gross but a safety issue. He had us order, which between our unfamiliarity with the menu and his unfamiliarity, combined with some food not being in stock, was an interesting and lengthy struggle. At the conclusion, he told me the mess would be cleaned up. Someone else had already walked in, hopefully around it. Then began the extremely long wait. There is a busy drive-thru and this seems to contribute but this is not a place to take hungry kids for dinner if you need food at the speed of a typical restaurant. Once we got the food, it was good, better than the other locations I have experienced, and the kitchen people seemed nice. It’s just not worth the stress of waiting around, and that goes for a handful of Panera Bread locations.

Ordered through drive thru this morning at 10:47am. A large half unsweet tea and lemonade. I even repeated the order for the tea. My wife ordered a caramel latte. We also ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. At 10:55, the gave me a small sweet tea. I told them that was wrong, and they shut the window and proceeded to make me wait 7 more minutes.

Maritza works mornings and is AMAZING. She always provides the best service. Not to mention, one day, she noticed I was crying, and had the sweetest words of encouragement to provide. We need more people like Maritza! (PS. So sorry if I'm spelling your name incorrectly.)

We came in at 10:30 on a Sunday. Not many people. Every single table was gross and covered in hair and food. The floors were gross. Most disgusting thing was that there was hair in my breakfast sandwich. Do not eat here!!

Great food and service. Y'all just need to replace those badly torn seats ASAyesterday! It's a huge distraction from the atmosphere. Do better Panera Bread.

Total shambles. Group order was placed at 9am for collection at 12pm. Order was not ready until 12.40pm.
Ok. The food is good but the ambiance needs some up dating. Panera looks & feels like self service. So it's not my first choice on places to eat. But I remember when Panera was new in Houston we would wait in long lines to get the black beans. Which is only now available seasonally. Too bad

We walked in on our trip back up to DFW. Stood at the registers, an uncomfortable amount of time. People asked to go around us to use the kiosk. We waited and then gave up to then use the kiosk. Placing the orders was rather easy and a delightful woman came and brought us our food quickly. A very surprisingly pleasant lunch and definitely recommend. Maybe a bell needed at the front but all worked out so it was fine. The Food was fresh and delicious, music and patrons were happy.
