2 stars. Why, because I stood there for over 3 or 4 minutes, made eye contact, with 2 employees, one was even a manager! But it wasn't until Quincy who noticed me from the busy drive through that my presences was even acknowledge. Thank you Quincy, for taking the time to acknowledge I was there, and give me a status update on my order. It took you less than a minute. You made me feel valued. As for the other two. Might want to take customer service notes from. Quincy. Just saying
Shorted again, like every time we go to any fast food in waco. Never get full order, never looks like the picture. Stingy on the ketchup
It was hard to hear the drive through person and she got my order wrong. The manager was nice enough to fix it.

This McDonald's location stands out for its prompt and friendly service. Regular customers appreciate the accurate orders and minimal wait times. The restaurant is known for its clean environment and quick service. The breakfast menu is a highlight, with hot food and a smile. One customer raves about the breakfast burrito and hash brown, while another discovers the option to buy meat patties à la carte. However, some feel that the use of kiosks has made the atmosphere less personal compared to previous decades. Overall, this McDonald's is a top choice in Waco, with fresh food and amazing staff who consistently provide a great experience.
