“We went today after church and when we were finishing up, I noticed the cashier, Chris, struggling to communicate with some Spanish-speaking customers. Instead of getting frustrated or flustered, he jumped to google translate to help him communicate. I’m bilingual so I offered to step in and help him finish the transaction. I was so happy to see someone go out of THEIR way to make a customer feel comfortable. The food was good but the customer service was even better. Thank you for training compassionate employees. Chris kept a smile on his face and a happy tone through the entire transaction. I was super impressed by his compassion and I could tell his customers were grateful for his willingness to try!“

“Came here on a Saturday night asked for extra everything on my deep dish pizza and it came out raw didn’t notice it till I got home I was mad and sad! Called Monday they told me come on end and they make it right and they did! They made me another one and it was great!! I haven’t had any issues after that that’s why I gave it five stars! The customer service has been there always! It’s nice to know if something is wrong they will make it right!“

“We were staying at Motel 6 and decided to order pizza. Called the order in the manager was very kind and took our order. He totaled it up I payed with card added tip and told when it would arrive. The door dasher Misty told me that I needed to give her cash or she would have to take the order back there was some kind of problem. I let her take it back. I called Pizza hut back and was connected with the manager, same one who took my order before. He informed me that she was told to give me my order because it was paid for already. He remade my order and and added a cinnabon to it. And had it delivered. I sure wish I could remember his name because he is our Pizza Hut Hero today Thank you for your kindness.“

“I ordered a Hut box and was bummed out because sauce was all over the box but the person in charge was soo kind and explained what happened even after I was still confused and she made the situation better and compensated me, this is the best store, food is soo tasty and the service was fast, friendly and efficient!“
