“It’s a good burger not crazy about fries. The menus price is $4 more than menus price. That’s why it got a lower star for me because I feel it is lazy to not update menus and client thinks it’s $8 and it’s $12.“

“First off by improving is to get friendlier people at the counter.She had colored hair (purple/blue)and wearing a hat backwards..When I was at the counter ordering my food she had a little bit of an attitude and made it seem like it was an inconvenience for her. She then proceeded tell me it would be 20 minutes and the cook told me 3-5 minutes.I went back up to ask for a fork but she glared at me and told me they were out. The cook was the friendly one there. But the counter person needs a better attitude when waiting on people. If the job is a bother to her she doesn't need to be working where she has to interact with people.“

“Came in at around 7:50 to order a pizza for my daughter and I. The manager in duty was super professional, respectful, and attentive. Helped me get the right pizza. Accommodated our order when there was an error. We didn’t even ask he was just super helpful. And I appreciate that. Thank you Michael“

“Today I have to really brag on Bushs Chicken in Gatesville. Many probs in the past but today it seemed like changes have been made and the staff running the food out to the cars were great and were busting their butts keeping it moving . My order server was so fast that I gave Her an xtra tip. When I got home the food order was not only correct but very fresh as well. Kudos - keep up the great Service 😎😎😎“

“Popped in almost at 9, friendly staff, I told the worker I needed a pizza in about 10 minutes and he said he got me. I used to work in a Little Caesars and it was sub par, great location! They delivered in 10 minutes flat, truly a hero moment we needed in a hurry. Great, fresh pizza“

“I visited KFC today and had a very positive customer service experience. The cashier, Malaysia assisted me with my order and was extremely courteous and professional. There was about a 22 minute wait for the chicken pot pies, and rather than having me wait, she kindly offered the option to substitute another meal. Her willingness to help, along with her friendly attitude and strong work ethic, made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Employees like Malaysia represent the best of customer service. Management should recognize her dedication and consider her for advancement or a pay raise. She would be an excellent representative for any KFC franchise.
