Theres is No Dining in, only food to go.
Its operated by a Wonderful gentleman and lady, with bright smiles welcoming you throughout the day, in-between making some of the best corn tortillas, chicharrones, and various other items daily in Temple, TX.
Theres no menu, but the daily specials (meats, soups) are posted on a whiteboard.

Best barbacoa and homemade corn tortillas. I didnt know they had menudo. Going back today to buy some. :)
Amazing tortillas! More of a tortillaria / factory that you can order (amazing) meats by the pound, so it’s not necessarily a restaurant in that sense. But the tortillas and meats (barbocoa omg) are the best around.
