I recently visited Un Taco Mas and ordered their lengua quesadilla, and it was absolutely outstanding. The lengua was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Combined with the melted cheese and fresh ingredients, every bite was delicious.
You can really taste the quality and care that goes into the food. This was easily one of the best lengua quesadillas I've had, and it definitely exceeded my expectations.

I do not recommend eating at this restaurant bad waitresses and Cooks we tell them that we want something or we tell him that we do not want something on the plane and they still put tons of it I will never eat there again never they have a really bad attitude problem I'll never go spend my money there no more that restaurant sucks and that employees do too
Enchiladas are amazing I have looked a long time to find the good stuff

Un Taco Mass is an unassuming restaurant located inside a gas station, offering a mix of seating options. The custom breakfast tacos are delicious, and the restaurant's focus on tacos is affirmed by frequent customers. The street taco plate is a good way to taste their different tacos, and the charro beans are very good. The carnitas and the asada are delicious, flavorful, and not dried out. This is by far the best and most authentic Mexican food in town, with awesome and super friendly staff. The restaurant is very clean and has quick service, with drinks purchased from the convenience store. Despite its modest setting, Un Taco Mass is worth a visit for its tasty offerings.
