Jacob's customer service was excellent. Thomas great job.
My dining experience today was the best service at a pizza hut location in a very long time. I called right before 5pm and talked to a young gentleman named Jacob and asked him if the location was participating in the throw back Thursdays (which they do). He was professional, polite and knowledgeable over the phone. When we came and sat down to eat we were greeted by him and his manager Thomas.
