My pizza was never delivered. I called the store repeatedly, and they just hung up on me over and over. I called customer service to complain about an hour after the pizza tracker said it was out for delivery. I got someone from overseas telling me "I will pass this along to upper management, and hopefully we can get your pizza delivered to you." After another hour, I called customer service again and asked for a refund. I was told "I will pass this to upper management and they will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to talk to you and maybe get you a refund."I paid $60 for pizza that was never delivered, and I have to wait 5 to 7 days to "maybe get a refund." Do not order from them ever. They will cheat and defraud you, and there is no accountability.

We were the only people dining in the entire time we were there. Seems like the area is still set up for COVID era spacing, there are only a half dozen tables/booths.Pizza Hut has their recipes down to a science by this point. You don’t wander in wondering what you’re having.Seems like they do a pretty good amount of deliveries.

The food I received was hot and fresh. And received in a timely manner.Wheelchair accessibility: I do know that if your needing to access the property by wheelchair you can. Which is good since I had a son that use a wheelchair. We use to dine in and never had a problem.

We were traveling. We decided to stop by for Pizza since we were hungry. We went inside and it was completely dead, nobody was inside. There were two young girls behind the counter joking around. We were never greeted. I asked did we need to seat ourselves. One of the girls rudely told us we had to order first with them at the counter. We had no issue doing this. We paid for our order and seated ourselves. They only have bottled drinks at this location which sucked because I wasn't trying to drink a soda but had no choice. It was over 30 minutes before they brought us our food. The gave it to us in to-go boxes after we told them we were dining inside. The pizza itself was good. The girls had their friends come by and they were all loud and the girls that worked there were acting very unprofessional for being on the job in a business. I wouldn't stop by here again.

Pizza hut app got the pizza wrong so I overpaid thinking I was getting the taco pizza but paid $20 for some poorly made one topping pizza. I would request a refund but the app isn't good at that either

Pizza was pre-made and/or refridgerated. Asked for extra Pepperoni and the extra pepperoni was fresh so it curled and did not stick to the refridgerated pizza and since it was already pre-made the original pepperoni stuck to the cheese. Good trick to ask for extra pepperoni to see if your pizza was lying around some where or is it fresh. Took a picture to show everyone. The place need to be shut down as it look 50 years old inside...SCARY! Pathetic Pizzahut website doesx not care and will ask you for the address because they just link the complaints back to the Nasty old made ahead of time/ frozen pizza. This complaint I almost placed with pizzahut would just go back to the Owner and as you can already tell the Owner and zpizzahut care a less! The Big New Yorker Pizza is a Nasty jJoke! If pizza was all made at once then all the pepperoni would lay flat!!!
