“While the general atmosphere of the store is small town and simple the overall service is excellent, quality of food is superb as well as the pricing. When you think you're getting a decent amount for your meal, you're getting more than you bargained for and possibly have leftovers that are just as good the second time as they are the first. I've only gone once, but the day of this post, I am going my second time and wish to eventually go more often. If you love pizza as much as I do, this is definitely a great place to go! “

“What a cute little place!! My husband and I visited here when we had to come to Temple for an appointment. We are both Asian and have severely been missing small Asian businesses while living in CTX. This really hit the spot and it’s in a beautiful location. We both ordered Banh Mi (it was amazing and fresh) but the side soup was our absolute favorite.Parking: Free street spots all around the building, but it would be difficult to park during busy hours.“

“We were staying in Temple but didn't want the old standard chain restaurants for dinner so we looked for one of those quaint Mom and Pop joints that always serves great food and friendly, down-home atmosphere. Boy did we find a great one! Out of town but not too far out! The Oscar Store was perfect! From the friendly greeting and personable service from our waitress to the food and prices we were well pleased. My wife had the chicken fried steak and, believe it or not, I had my tastebuds set for catfish but subbed for liver and onions. Everything was spot on! (We had heard that the fried catfish might be a bit skimpy and I was hungry so I went for the liver.) As we left we met the cashier who happened to be the owner and we had the kind of conversation that makes you feel like you've known each other forever. The place is just what you would expect and tiny country town to have for their bright spot in the area. Rustic and country decor, clean and well appointed with plenty of space to not feel congested. Y'all need to try this one if you're anywhere near Temple/Belton.“

“We had a great experience dining here. The food was delicious and service was good. Their spicy is actually spicy so be careful! I liked all the items we got, except the goat curry did not taste like curry. It was too milk-like creamy (you can even tell just by looking at the color). The meat itself was so tender and good, but the sauce was a bit off. The dining area is spacious and clean.“

“Terrific breakfast foods! This business is family owner and run, they have multiple generations working and have old school fruit and breakfast kolaches. The fruit and cheese kolaches are an experience that you should have on your bucket list if you don’t live in this area, and if you do live here you probably are already going here several times a week if not everyday… the breakfast kolaches are a treat that you should definitely try each one at least once because you may find that you love foods that previously you never thought of as something you would like. I have never liked sauerkraut or even had a desire to try it at all but this location offers a sauerkraut, sausage, jalapeño, and two cheese breakfast kolache that I will return to have anytime I am in the area!! And their bread pudding was not only affordable but the best bread pudding that I have ever had!“

“But your traditional Korean restaurant. The music is modern so you almost feel like you're in a bar. They Have a wide selection of sushi too. This was the first Korean restaurant where they didn't serve you side dishes. (Just the soup and salad. No kimchi and such)On a positive note, the waiter was great. Prompt and friendly. “My daughter and son along with their spouses have been here several times. Today they finally got their mama (aka Memaw) to join them. My experience was A+!! The ladies and staff were awesome!! Best wine I've enjoyed in a long time. I enjoyed sampling several wines they offered but have for sure found my favorite!! The atmosphere was outstanding!! “We have not been to a Longhorn Steakhouse in quite some time. We were not disappointed. Billy, our outgoing, helpful server, gave us his undivided attention. Although we were 4 guests we ordered many delicious dishes. All our food was cooked to perfection. The crispy brussel sprouts were an added delightful side dish. “Threw a party here for my husband today. This is the best sol de Jalisco out of all of the ones . Best service, nice atmosphere with their lounge and patio as well at their nice private party room. “Walking in just after open, Ryan was kind enough to tell us about what was on tap and make suggestions. The atmosphere is welcoming and there are plenty of seating options. There for the Fish-n-Chips, we ordered two and a Ribeye for Mom. We also ordered Cheese Curds. Everything was well made and delicious. The beer selection was diverse with lots of choices for us.
