I wish they could’ve heard all of the wonderful accolades from our guests on how wonderful their food was.Secondly, Character! They were well prepped, professional, and arrived on time. Here’s a very important part. A portion of our order was not utilized. And when I reached out about it, there was 100% accountability. And I was told by the owner when we were ready for the missing component. To just let them know. Well, it’s been about six months since our event. And we haven’t had a gathering large enough to justify reaching out until this beautiful Easter weekend ahead of us. Not only did the owner Remember us, but he hand-delivered what will be thoroughly enjoyed. come Easter Sunday. It’s hard nowadays to find true customer service, and to be valued as a customer. Everything is this establishment looked clean and organized.My in laws ordered food at another truck and they couldn’t enjoy their food because the employees did not wear gloves. One of them is a cancer survivor.Please please please cookers and servers wear gloves.“
