When I came in to let him know that earlier someone messed up my order, he was very kind and professional to resolve my complaint and the interaction was very positive for both sides. The chicken sandwiches are actually really good! Thank you.“

“I came late at night after a brutal shift at work, haven't had jack in the box in over 15 years. JASMINE (hope i spelled it right) was super polite and thorough answered all my questions and was patient. Seeing as how McDonald's down the street closes at 12 i guess JACK IN THE BOX HERE is primed to make good money!! Especially if people like jasmine are kept around for their guest service and menu knowledge!! Her smile was awesome to see from a food service employee and reminds me of some of my employees when i was a GM for a Freddy's that won 2 national awards!! JASMINE fits the DNA of what a chain should look for and build!!! Kudos to jack on the box and jasmine i will be back !!! Oh and the food was bomb that munchie meal box HITS for $10 lolol“

“Rolled up with the munchies, ordered 6 tacos, a jr cheeseburger, bacon burger (dry), lg curly fry, reg coke, reg Oreo shake and a 7 pc poppers. Order taker was brisk, business like. I prefer my ppl friendly, but okay. I asked for ranch and creamy avocado lime sauce. Same brisk, business like attitude at the window. Got everything within a reasonable amount of time. Got home, wife wants a divorce because I forgot to get taco sauce. 😭 In fairness, I blame order taker for not asking if I needed it or ketchup. It would have reminded me and life would still be good. Wife is still mad, eats a single bite of taco and says it’s gross. Wont eat it. I’m assuming she’s being dramatic and petty because I forgot taco sauce. 🙄 I grab a taco, take a bite, it’s gross. 🤢 Like, you can tell when these tacos are fresh. My tacos were dark brown and skinnier than an anorexic chick. 😅. Nothing inside of them at all. It was very disappointing. Not even all that lettuce they shove in there. 😐 So sad and unsatisfied.“
