“I recently visited the Jack in the Box on Burnet Rd and had an absolutely exceptional experience thanks to Manager James. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotlessly clean and the staff was attentive and friendly - a clear reflection of James's leadership.
What truly impressed me was how James personally checked on me to ensure i was enjoying my meal.
James has clearly created a positive work environment. The food was prepared quickly, served hot, and tasted delicious.
If you're looking for fast food with exceptional service, I highly recommend visiting this Jack in the Box location. Manager James sets the standard for what customer service should be in the fast food industry. This location deserves every bit of the 5 stars I'm giving it!“

“I didn't used to go much because I didn't like the way they treated me. I always go on the night shift. Now, the guy they have on the night shift is very friendly in the way he greets you, takes orders, and is very quick when you arrive. He welcomes you, says his name is Daniel, and provides good service. I hope you get to be served by him when you go.“
“THEY SERVICE IS SO BAD, the guy was talking so low and with an attitude when I was ordering, ask him a question and was not being especially.. like who does that. Then he spilled the drink when he gave it to my dad took his time cleaning it, took forever to give us our food. He didn’t offer sauces he just closed the window so fast“
“The fella in the drive thru was pretty cool and they were very fast with my food. The only thing that breaks my heart is that I didn't get a little Jack fella with the box I got, but that's okay. As long as people are getting little fellas and they're happy, then the world is happier“
“Late night drive thru service was great. Order was just as requested. The bacon on the ultimate cheeseburger was crisp and there was a generous amount! We were also provided plenty of dipping sauce for all our sides! Thank you for that! I love my ranch!! Despite being the only worker (not sure) our order was made correctly, quickly and with great attention to detail, I will come back to this location and definitely recommend this if you’re out late, great service.“
“First time I ever ate a Jack In The Box and it was wonderful. I had their big breakfast. Two potato patties, eggs, bacon and four French toast sticks and a Coke. And let me tell you I was so full when I got done eating all that and it was very reasonable. It was under 10 bucks. The store was very clean. The people that work there were wonderful and appreciative that you were there I truly enjoyed it. I will be going back and they're right around the corner from my house. Yeehaw“
“I dont understand the low rating on Google. Ive been coming here and haven't had a single issue. They get my order right more than most places, and they usually move pretty quick. Maybe its not perfect or maybe I'm just lucky but this place is good. Lady there works hard and is also very nice“
“Pleasantly surprised by the service provided at this location. No wait time, order taker was quick and efficient. Cashier was very sweet, handed my order promptly and wished me a good rest of the day. I don’t come here often but the few times that I do I leave happy.“
“Came to this country 20 years ago as a 5 year old, this was this first food I had in this country service and quality wad A1 back then, the other day I passed by this place as a grown adult and decided to turn around and try it out, ain't nothing changed, but not in a bad way, in a good way, many restaurants change and update the place so mutch it looses the important part, the service, like I said ain't nothing changed and neither has the service it was A1 back then and it was A1 now, honestly congrats to the owner and team and this location keep up the good work“

“Just came thru the drive thru and even though they was really busy they still gave me my food in a timely fashion. The young lady working the drive thru was very respectful and hardworking. The cook made my fish really fresh and hot. And the African American gentleman was very helpful as well explained everything and apologized for the wait but it was all good my food was excellent.“
