“This one of the few Jack in the Box's still serving customers in the Austin area . Prices have increased as have all fast food chain's pricing. But with the increased pricing, quality has drastically improved, especially with the new buns they have on their sandwiches.“

“Finally found the one Jack In the Box that doesn't make up new policies in the moment. They seemed kind of confused when I started asking if they served breakfast all day or if their freestyle machine had Hi-C Orangelava burst, but if any of my previous previous reviews had been read in regards to another Jack In the Box, one would know that breakfast all days is not a thing everywhere anymore for Jack in the Box. Great service here. Actually sort of fast (for Jack in the Box). Always has everything ordered. No attitudes from the person taking your ordered. All around, great experience.“
“It's a pretty decent jack in the box, I haven't had any problems with this location so far. Food is as good as it gets for the price, if you order from any jack in the box, the staff are timed when they start the customers order so I try to do separate orders so they don't get in trouble. Pretty solid location!“
“Normally don't have issues at this location. Since I'm a night owl, you could say I'm a frequent visitor at this location because they are the closest 24hr location to me. Tonight I didn't get 2 out of the 4 items I ordered and paid for... Yet got all the condiments for them? I should have checked before driving away but didn't as they are usually correct in my experiences and didn't notice until after driving home. I tried calling to ask about a refund or just... anything but no answer and no voicemail so unfortunately it led me to here. If it wasn't a bit of a drive- I'd just go back but a bit inconvenient.“

“I was at the drive trow today and had and unfortunate car mishaps and there for holding up the line the staff was so nice and caring didn’t make me feel worser then I was already feeling was stuck for about 45 min until I was able to finally move but I just wanted to thank the staff for checking on us and making sure we where hydrated in this Texas heat hope that with this post they get a little recognition and maybe even a raise ??“
“It's was about 11 pm going on 12 and some change. Not only was the food hot hot. We were in a big Hydro truck that doesn't fit in drive thru so we got out and knocked on the window. Now usually this is where you get denied service. But we were dirty we were tired we were hungry and I'm grateful that they allowed us to order food and I appreciate it, but most of all I appreciate the fact that in about 3 months I finally have fresh hot fries my burger was fresh and hot so I commend the crew of this Jack in the Box for doing a wonderful and terrific and diligent job.“
“This specific store has MASSIVELY improved over the last year or two. Service is amazing and feels like the employees actually want to work there unlike before. The dining room was clean and I was even greeted when entering the store. Amazing job management and employees for getting everything together! A year ago I would've left a one star review but now that is just not possible after my few recent experiences.“
“I have had some hits & misses with this location, but overall I have been very happy. Today they totally knocked it out of the park with the all American ribeye burger. The bun was fresh, soft and warm, the meat really did taste like a soft little chopped up ribeye steak, the vegetables were fresh, cool and delicious and the cheese was melted. This was about as perfect for me as a hamburger can get! The french fries were also right out of the fryer and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back for another one of these!“
“Well I've been going to Jack in The box for 100 years it seems and I usually go for my favorites that are the jumbo Jack or the sourdough Burger. I was buying for a friend as well this day and he wanted six tacos but they were out. I've eaten a few hundred of those tacos myself and some cheesecake as well.“
“We love the Jack in the Box Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. This is the most we have paid for 2 bowls. We got more broccoli ? this time and it tasted real good but we wished we would have gotten more chicken ?. The drive thru window was higher and harder to reach.“
