So second box was OK hasn’t changed much the thing I would tell most restaurants to stop being a cookie cutter Concept with cookie cutter Training mediocre service and mediocre product in this day and time we need to focus on quality and surprising your regular guest something that you wouldn’t do typically just one thing that says itself different from the rest shock your clientele every once in a while and stop the complacency.
