The night crew are on it! They were fast and friendly! The food was also freshly prepared, thank you for helping me unhealthily cope with my depression McDonald’s
Honestly not the most productive McDonald’s in Austin a lot of employees standing around with the line of the drive-through pretty long. some even on their phone as I pull up to get my order and end up missing items maybe if we had full attention on our jobs there wouldn’t be as many mistakes

McDonald's is a popular lunch spot with ample seating. While the lobby may be closed due to short staffing, the restaurant remains open for takeout or curbside pickup. Orders can be placed at kiosks and paid for quickly, making for an efficient experience. The store is clean and well-maintained, with a variety of menu options available, including the double cheeseburger bundle. Customers can enjoy the outdoor patio, though some have experienced being locked out twice and needing help from other customers. Service and food are generally good during the day, with a friendly atmosphere and plenty of open space for families, although the playground has been removed. In the evening, service can be inconsistent, and some orders may be mixed up, such as missing items or sandwiches with incomplete ingredients. Despite this, most customers find the experience satisfactory, especially during daytime visits.
