“I always come here and usually I don’t always have a good review but today at the drive through the girl was super friendly didnt sound upset I was ordering lol because of her I’ll be back! she was patient asked if I needed condiments and made sure everything was in my bag!!! “We ordered through a delivery service and had a really great experience. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The fries were a generous portion and still tasted fresh, and the spicy chicken sandwich came with the bacon and onions we requested. The tacos were also hot and tasted great.

The Texas double cheeseburger was just as good, and both lemonades were nice and cold. It’s always a relief when a delivery order arrives complete and the food still tastes like it just came out of the kitchen. Everything was packed well and nothing was missing from either order. Definitely one of the better Jack in the Box delivery experiences we’ve had!“

“If I could give more stars I would. I went through the drive through last night and ordered some food. Right after I paid my car started smoking. Wesley was working the window and advised us to pull into a parking spot and shut the car off to keep it from overheating and causing more damage. He took us in the restaurant and told us to eat our food while it was hot. He then ordered his team to cover the other customers while he looked at my car. He quickly found out the radiator had a crack in it. With just a spatula, some grease, and some tongs he was able to get the radiator off. Then he took some buttermilk mixed it with, taco sauce and made a sealant with it. He put the radiator back on and sent us on our way.“

“I’m unsure of his name I believe it was Daniel but he was drive thru and he was extremely sweet and very generous with assisting on my order. The order did take a very long time to make but it came fresh so I can’t complain when it tasted actually pretty good. My first time coming here but def not the last. Will be stopping by after work from now on😊👍 EXCELLENT STAFF AND GREAT SAUCES!! Ps will update whenever I actually have to correct name of the associate. He was very great at his job and deserves a raise!“

“I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at this location but I’m just making this review right now to specifically call out whoever was working today October 9th at about 10:30pm, He seemed to be running the whole place alone from what I could see, but was so fast and efficient. I’ve ordered sauced and loaded tiny tacos before and literally got tacos without cheese, sauce or lettuce, while there was multiple people working and tonight this guy, alone, just was absolutely crushing it and probably deserves a raise.“

“Well….imagine my surprise when I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and was greeted by a super friendly voice after having a rough day on Tuesday! I placed my very detailed order and advised I was there to pick up 2 additional mobile app orders and was told to pull up to the window. When I drove up, Tabitha was smiling and repeated my order again just to be sure she got it right. Bingo!! My order was perfect when I got home and I really enjoyed my meal.
More than that, I really enjoyed my interaction with Tabitha. She was wonderfully pleasant and very thorough! I told her she needs to ask for a raise and/or train others to be as efficient as she is because she is definitely a keeper who goes above and beyond!
In this day and age where customers are quick to complain because they’re petty and expect perfection with every interaction, it is a rarity to come across an employee who takes pride in their role and enjoys helping others by providing stellar customer service to their customers. Again, this was an awesome experience because Tabitha made the difference.“

“Food was fresh and hot. The service was great, the only employee we actually saw was taking orders for the drive through and the counter! He was polite and efficient. Also the store was very clean. I was definitely pleased with the service.“

“The young man working at around 4am 06/15/26 was one the best Jack in the Box experiences I had. I ordered two of the new 5.99 meals (I believe that’s the price). He didn’t seem gloomy, and actually had spirit. Made sure everything was correct. You can tell he’s awkward and doesn’t care for human interaction on his own time. But when he served me he was smiling and did his job. I can tell he has zero problems doing his job. I got my food in a timely fashion and was maybe expecting cold, old food. Since I ordered two full meals. I would’ve been contempt with that. Instead when I got home, the food was all fresh. He didn’t skimp on fries either. And the burgers looked very appealing. When I got home everything was still warm and fresh. I usually wouldn’t care to post about fast food unless it was garbage service and food. I just knew I needed to give this young man, who I mind you was alone running the restaurant by himself from what I seen. If there were more people in the back helping, give them their flowers too. But I wanted to make sure this guy gets the acknowledgment he deserves. It’s hard to come by a fast food worker who gives any damns about the service and quality of the food. I hope that this reaches the owners and management of this particular store. Cause the quiet guys like him don’t get their flowers they deserve“

“I’ve been here multiple times now, and I have to give credit where credit is due: this is THE Jack in the Box. 😂 Like, 1990s Jack in the Box. The food is always hot, fresh, and actually tastes good. Whoever is running this location, please don’t leave.

The morning crew is usually amazing. There are a few girls who are always super sweet, and there’s a guy who is really nice too. My only ongoing emotional trauma is that sometimes they’re sold out of egg rolls. Devastating, but I recover.

Today, though, the guy taking my order was giving very strong “PLEASE LEAVE” energy. 😂 I wasn’t even finished ordering and he kept hitting me with “Thank you, come back again.” Sir… I’m still here. I still have things to order. 😂 It was just weird and a little rude, especially because everyone else here is normally so nice.

Now we need to discuss the tacos.

WHAT IS IN THEM???

Because I refuse to believe that is ground beef. 😂 It’s giving bean paste and seasoned wallpaper adhesive. I don’t know what happened, but those tacos do NOT taste like I remember them tasting.

That being said, I’ll absolutely be back because everything else is consistently good. Just please keep the egg rolls in stock and somebody investigate that taco filling. 😂“

“I came around 2 AM Wednesday, May 13 and let me tell you the older gentleman at the window was just so sweet. Very accommodating. And on point The young lady in the back making the food I had my food so fresh. It was the best Jack In Box I could say I’ve had a long time. “A night at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country resort on this side of town and we needed something for dinner. UberEats had a good deal…BOGO Munchie Meal so we made a pickup order.

The order was ready and waiting for us. Everything was as ordered with all items correct.

The portions are a bit small. The onion rings pouches both only three rings in on and the other four rings. The tacos were tasty. The Ultimate Cheeseburgers were tasty but very small. So small that I made a video showing the disappointment.

A fair meal at an ok price. Lately it has really gotten hard to feel good about eating Jack in the Box…such a shame because Jack used to be my favorite fast food option.“

“In line for 15 minutes only to receive burnt egg rolls. Thankful they were HOT..... but, the economy is too high for you all to be sending burnt food out like this. Change the grease more often than NOT.

Today I decided to go the one near my home 🏡 I'm not gonna lie this was the best food service very respectful and customer service amazing he was very polite and sweet the boy and the food omg 😱 amazing and fresh I loved I was thinking omg it's gonna take horrible but nope it was delicious 🤤 not over doing in the past I had bad taste for Jack in the box but I'm surprised Jack in the box is doing a comeback I will return. “I had the giant egg roll which is not giant. It's way overpriced. You should get two for the price. I can remember when you can get three for the price. I won't be buying it again. In general I like their food. It's just this egg roll is too too small. For the price.“
