“I always come here and usually I don’t always have a good review but today at the drive through the girl was super friendly didnt sound upset I was ordering lol because of her I’ll be back! she was patient asked if I needed condiments and made sure everything was in my bag!!! “We ordered through a delivery service and had a really great experience. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The fries were a generous portion and still tasted fresh, and the spicy chicken sandwich came with the bacon and onions we requested. The tacos were also hot and tasted great.

The Texas double cheeseburger was just as good, and both lemonades were nice and cold. It’s always a relief when a delivery order arrives complete and the food still tastes like it just came out of the kitchen. Everything was packed well and nothing was missing from either order. Definitely one of the better Jack in the Box delivery experiences we’ve had!“

“A BIG SHOT OUT TO THE STAFF WHO WORKED LAST NIGHT AT AROUND 11pm…. i had an awful day so when i was asked how i was i couldn’t resist and admitted how sad i was… the girls listened with sincerity and the cook even came to the window and said I heard someone is not having a good day or a broken heart and actually he came to tell me to turn my sadness around all three workers two females and one male came to the window to make sure they made me smile. The food was excellent atmosphere was excellent and when I got home, I found this little note in my bag and it just made my day or night should I say? I have it pinned up on my refrigerator!!! I want to tell Jack in the box the owner that he needs to recognize these people Who took a couple extra seconds to make their Customer feel better!!!! And the note I will never take it down. I hope that these staff members read this review cause I want to say thank you so much and don’t change you’re perfect.“

“Food was fresh and hot. The service was great, the only employee we actually saw was taking orders for the drive through and the counter! He was polite and efficient. Also the store was very clean. I was definitely pleased with the service.“

“If I could give more stars I would. I went through the drive through last night and ordered some food. Right after I paid my car started smoking. Wesley was working the window and advised us to pull into a parking spot and shut the car off to keep it from overheating and causing more damage. He took us in the restaurant and told us to eat our food while it was hot. He then ordered his team to cover the other customers while he looked at my car. He quickly found out the radiator had a crack in it. With just a spatula, some grease, and some tongs he was able to get the radiator off. Then he took some buttermilk mixed it with, taco sauce and made a sealant with it. He put the radiator back on and sent us on our way.“

“The first time I have ever had food
delivered and I was pleasantly surprised. The order was correct and delivered at the quoted time. I like how with other delivery services they take a picture for proof of delivery. I also live in a complex where the unit #’s are not always straight forward and can be difficult to find. They were in constant contact with me to ensure the drivers success.“

“Tried jack in the box for the first time a while ago and honestly food was pretty good
Place was mostly empty which i like personally
But oh my lord it took the staff like 30 minutes for my small and simple order
Nobody at the cash register too so i had to stand there at the cash register so i can pay for the order i js placed in cash
But overall ig its worth it“

“I visited this location today, and I received amazing service that I have not received in a fast food restaurant in a while! Aaron was very welcoming and professional! He was so good he seemed like someone you’d see on a training video asking and offering other combos or specials lol . Dude was legit. He repeated my order back and everything was in my bag! “I always come to this location because the staff is always quite kind & courteous despite the rude people that sometimes beep constantly, especially late at night when they have about 5-7 cars in line the drive thru yet only ever see maybe 2-3 max employees working?! It's clear this location is understaffed, though the customer service has consistently been on par with no complaints thus far. I have waited for my food in the designated pull-up areas on occasion AND don't mind a bit. My food is always fresh & hot, so it's worth a 2-5 minute wait...and if people are upset about a literal short delay, then why do they come back? This place is off the hook, bustling & busy most days & evenings with 2 max employees a majority of the time so they must be doing something right if all people can complain about is that there is a slight wait...maybe some of the whiny customers should take up a job here cuz' they pay well, the food is always hot & fresh & they'd prolly get a discounted or free meal on their shifts AND it would improve the delays in the drive-through?! Just a thought...1 star off for atmosphere due to the drive-through ill behaviored clietele specifically, not on the employees nor the location. A++“

“We had great experience. The location is standard one, nothing special, but kudos to Janice today for late lunch for me and my kids. She was patient with us, and showed me how to order to save a dollar. I truly appreciate that! The food was great, too. I recommend for your fast food needs!“

“I’m unsure of his name I believe it was Daniel but he was drive thru and he was extremely sweet and very generous with assisting on my order. The order did take a very long time to make but it came fresh so I can’t complain when it tasted actually pretty good. My first time coming here but def not the last. Will be stopping by after work from now on😊👍 EXCELLENT STAFF AND GREAT SAUCES!! Ps will update whenever I actually have to correct name of the associate. He was very great at his job and deserves a raise!“

“The young man working at around 4am 06/15/26 was one the best Jack in the Box experiences I had. I ordered two of the new 5.99 meals (I believe that’s the price). He didn’t seem gloomy, and actually had spirit. Made sure everything was correct. You can tell he’s awkward and doesn’t care for human interaction on his own time. But when he served me he was smiling and did his job. I can tell he has zero problems doing his job. I got my food in a timely fashion and was maybe expecting cold, old food. Since I ordered two full meals. I would’ve been contempt with that. Instead when I got home, the food was all fresh. He didn’t skimp on fries either. And the burgers looked very appealing. When I got home everything was still warm and fresh. I usually wouldn’t care to post about fast food unless it was garbage service and food. I just knew I needed to give this young man, who I mind you was alone running the restaurant by himself from what I seen. If there were more people in the back helping, give them their flowers too. But I wanted to make sure this guy gets the acknowledgment he deserves. It’s hard to come by a fast food worker who gives any damns about the service and quality of the food. I hope that this reaches the owners and management of this particular store. Cause the quiet guys like him don’t get their flowers they deserve“

“I love it there. Food and workers are good. Everything made fresh. Barely half to wait for food. The gm is also very nice and hard working. Very hard working. I'll be coming to eat here more often and Ima start bringing my kids . Lobby is always clean and shout out to the hard working closers“

We ordered tacos, jumbo jacks, Jr bacons, egg rolls, fries and omg the bacon cheese wedges are back! It was like the 90s again, when everyone cared about fresh and hot fast food. “A night at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country resort on this side of town and we needed something for dinner. UberEats had a good deal…BOGO Munchie Meal so we made a pickup order.

The order was ready and waiting for us. Everything was as ordered with all items correct.

The portions are a bit small. The onion rings pouches both only three rings in on and the other four rings. The tacos were tasty. The Ultimate Cheeseburgers were tasty but very small. So small that I made a video showing the disappointment.

A fair meal at an ok price. Lately it has really gotten hard to feel good about eating Jack in the Box…such a shame because Jack used to be my favorite fast food option.“

“In line for 15 minutes only to receive burnt egg rolls. Thankful they were HOT..... but, the economy is too high for you all to be sending burnt food out like this. Change the grease more often than NOT.

“I had the giant egg roll which is not giant. It's way overpriced. You should get two for the price. I can remember when you can get three for the price. I won't be buying it again. In general I like their food. It's just this egg roll is too too small. For the price.“
