“I am having the best frozen coffee ever. The Mocha Mayhem I believe is what Nova called it. It's actually her creation. She was so sweet and kind, actually made my crappy morning,, absolutely wonderful. I'm already thinking about going back to get another one in a minute. I would put this frozen coffee up against that other coffee place's any day of the week. Twice a day even . Stop by this Jack in the Box and see Nova and ask for her frozen coffee. She has Chocolate, Caramel, Chocolate and Carmel mixed. These are phenomenal. Keep coming up with great ideas like this,, Nova. On my way back right now so I can try the Caramel. The food was hot, fresh, and stacked—no sloppy shortcuts, no missing items, just straight-up done right. Whoever was running that kitchen actually cares, and it shows. The tacos hit, the fries were crispy perfection, and everything tasted like it was made to order, not just thrown together.
And shoutout to Felicia in the drive-thru—she’s the real MVP. Super friendly, quick with it, and had that kind of energy that makes your whole experience better. “I think this was the cleanest Jack in the box I've ever seen.... And the help was wonderful from a tall thin man sorry I didn't get his name but he was super sweet...... Unfortunately the tacos were very very very greasy.... And it seemed like they were double fried maybe Friday earlier and then fried again when I place the order I don't know but...... “I always come to this location because the staff is always quite kind & courteous despite the rude people that sometimes beep constantly, especially late at night when they have about 5-7 cars in line the drive thru yet only ever see maybe 2-3 max employees working?! It's clear this location is understaffed, though the customer service has consistently been on par with no complaints thus far. I have waited for my food in the designated pull-up areas on occasion AND don't mind a bit. My food is always fresh & hot, so it's worth a 2-5 minute wait...and if people are upset about a literal short delay, then why do they come back? This place is off the hook, bustling & busy most days & evenings with 2 max employees a majority of the time so they must be doing something right if all people can complain about is that there is a slight wait...maybe some of the whiny customers should take up a job here cuz' they pay well, the food is always hot & fresh & they'd prolly get a discounted or free meal on their shifts AND it would improve the delays in the drive-through?! Just a thought...1 star off for atmosphere due to the drive-through ill behaviored clietele specifically, not on the employees nor the location. A++“

“Leticia M goes above and beyond at her job. She is so thorough and attentive. I travel for work so fast food and restaurants are usually what we end up going for. Certain parts of the US have better or worse customer service. Texas being one of the states with better service in general. Anyway the way she does her job stood out and she deserves some acknowledgment. I hope she gets get a raise, she deserves it for sure.“
“It was good except for the sauce part to go with my chicken strips. I was handed a packet of buttermilk ranch. Like for a salad, not chicken strips. Can't really dip anything into a packet. I did go back through the line and was able to get honey mustard. Which is what I wanted in the first place but it doesn't let you choose on the app. But anyway, other than that everything was good. And she was helpful and we both apologized for the mix-up.“

All the sauce I requested was included in the bag. But the absolute best part of all? Everything, down to the last fry was hot and made fresh to my order. “Came in on a Sunday night, was a little hesitant after seeing reviews. The place was empty inside but the drive thru and curbside orders were hopping. All the tables were clean, everything was very clean inside. Despite being only one of what looked like maybe 2 employees, Edward was very kind and answered my questions about the menu. The food was very hot and fresh and carefully assembled. I didn’t think to take a picture, but it looked like it was put together with care. I was having a hard day, and I needed a hot meal and a kind face, and Edward gave me both. Thank you so much!!“
“This location has history and is being better managed now than it was, the order I picked up 2 days ago was excellent, but this morning it was mediocre.. I went inside to collect an order. And the soda fountains in the public area were all empty. The restaurant was clean, though, which was a good sign. But they always seem understaffed, and the waits feel long.“

“A night at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country resort on this side of town and we needed something for dinner. UberEats had a good deal…BOGO Munchie Meal so we made a pickup order.
The order was ready and waiting for us. Everything was as ordered with all items correct.
The portions are a bit small. The onion rings pouches both only three rings in on and the other four rings. The tacos were tasty. The Ultimate Cheeseburgers were tasty but very small. So small that I made a video showing the disappointment.
A fair meal at an ok price. Lately it has really gotten hard to feel good about eating Jack in the Box…such a shame because Jack used to be my favorite fast food option.“
