I've been to Jack-in-the-Box many times. This is the first time that I've actually been able to identify the 3 different cheeses used to prepare the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. Way good and way cool.
I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service that this young man at the drive-thru window had. Tristian, was polite, respectful and had great mannerism not something you find in young people today, especially in the fast food night shift.In the past we had not so pleasant service at this location and at other, Jack in the box.

I love the food here, it's very good for fast food, but they really need more staff for overnight. I understand that this tends to be a lower margin time period (especially in San Antonio), but very frequently there will be only one person in the whole building both to take orders and cook the food—simultaneously!
