First time at this location:
Normally going to JitB is kinda sketch. Like you expect all the employees to be high and just hope they don't mess with your food as you go through the drive through. I had to use the bathroom this time, so I walked in. What a huge surprise! I saw three employees, and they were all female, prob someone's mom, and so nice and polite. My order was taken quickly and I was sure my food was going to be okay. It was delicious! Best JitB experience ever!...read full review
Food is great but the wait is ridiculous. Every time I order through the app, it’s usually about 15-20 minutes ahead of time and when I get there, the app says it’s done. I pull in the drive thru and they tell me it’s not ready! Then I’m left sitting waiting for over 30 minutes waiting for them to bring me the food!! Something needs to be done to get the food ready faster because the wait times are insane compared to most other fast food restaurants.
