We had a fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse, largely thanks to our waiter, Cody. He was attentive, friendly, and really made our dining experience special. Although my steak initially came out a bit undercooked, Cody addressed the issue and made sure it was corrected quickly. The steak was then cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. So i have been the the retail work arena all my like (long time). I went to Road house and Lisa is one of the best( and i am pretty good and pickey) . 20 Gold stars for her. I can go on and on about how good she is but i have just some many letters i can us. Oh and by the way the food was great and the manager sorry didnt get her name is a rock star!!!. Extremely busy. Got on the wait list which was about an hour wait, turned in to 1.5 hours. Extremely loud. Most of the food is good. We were a party of 4. 2 steaks were overcooked, 1 was perfect and the prime rib was too fatty to eat. Mixed drinks are reasonably priced. Service was good, but the facility and especially the bathroom was trashed.
