As someone who has Cajun blood, this was not authentic Cajun food. The crawfish etouffee was nothing like my grampa's. The oysters and shrimp were small and the drinks were weak. The service was average. The food was tasty, but not what I grew up eating. The best thing I tasted was the catfish nugget kid's meal we ordered for our daughter. The batter was good and they were good size. The price was reasonable, but there is much more authentic Cajun food in South Austin.
Food is always excellent the flavor is always great. Always served hot and it’s always delicious. The service could use some improvement. There was no people when we visited and our waiter would not check in on us regularly as other places do. We waited maybe 10 minutes or more to get our order taken and the place was basically empty. Waiter checked on us at first and at the end we were not getting any refills while we ate. Could use some improvement.

Second time eating here. Service was amazing, and so is the atmosphere. It's a bit expensive, but it was worth it. Also, without asking the staff, they paid attention and brought my granddaughter a piece of cheesecake and sang her the birthday song. I was amazed at that. Thank you for making my granddaughter feel special.
