Today we went to crawfish ATX and our waitress was the worst!!! No customer service, no hospitality, and no smile!!!! She was just simply rude!! My husband and I have been going for there for years and today was the worst experience we have had! Our food didn’t come out the same time and it was cool!! When we asked for crackers she just came just tossed it on our table! She didn’t came around to refill our drinks! Our bucket that we dump our trash never replaced with another one. We complained to the manager and he says he seen the way she has been treating other people and he would talk to her but I highly doubt he will do anything's to her. I just feel if she doesn’t like her job then get another one!!! Simple as that!!!! We came out to enjoy our funnier date and it was ruined with a selfish, bitter, and non customer service person who don’t have any business to be working at a places that has to attend to others!

Occasionally, young children will scream while you eat. I really like the food here. Don't get the fries, I was very disappointed with them
We were a party of four. Had to wait approx 30 minutes for a table on a Saturday at 5:30 pm. Server was busy so we weren’t tended to as often as we would have liked, but server was good and was efficient when asked for things. We ordered 12 Cajun wings, hushpuppies, 2 pounds of snow crab, and 2 pounds of crawfish. Flavor was good. Quantity was good. Quality was good. Family friendly environment. Handicapped parking available. Not pet friendly. Bathroom was clean, restaurant was clean. With tip came out to about 35 per person. 2 alcoholic beverages. Would recommend.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of set ups for larger families.

Came here twice with my girlfriend because we were craving the crawfish we had again the first time around. The crawfish the first time were so spicy my girlfriend couldn't get enough. Although this time around my girlfriend said the crawfish weren't spicy enough, but still enjoyed them. Our waiter the first time was very understanding and did a great job, however the woman that served us did not bring us forks when we ordered calamari and forgot my girlfriends water. She seemed out of it to be honest. My food was great too. I ordered the shrimp ol'boy which I had the first time around. Will be back again. Also, this restaurant will always have a special place in my heart, because it's where I told my girlfriend "I love you" for the first time :)

Not sure who made the mistake. I ordered 3 shrimp platters, 3 sausage and 3 corn orders through grub hub. The shrimp platters are supposed to include rice. All that was brought to me was just the shrimp, no rice or sides. Either someone didn't bag it right or the driver kept the rest. All I know is that I didn't get all my food.
We got a free lesson on how to eat snow crab. It was very tasty and the raw oysters are always a fav of mine. The beer was crisp and cold. Best experience yet. Love the bar staff.

Came in from out of town and decided we had to try Crawfish ATX. The flavor of the boiled crawfish and shrimp were great just not spicy like we like them. (I’m from deep LA) Our raw oysters, charbroiled oysters, fried pickles were all amazing! The atmosphere and staff were amazing! Our waiter knew every inch of the menu and made suggestions based on questions. We will be back to try other menu items!

Please don’t order off of doordash. they will only give you one set of sides no matter how many orders you put in. it is a complete scam. sent us 4 dead crawfish as well

Been wanting to try this place for a while. My daughter wanted crawfish, so I told her that we would go check this spot out.Walked in, host informed there was a wait. I asked how long, and she informed us 40 minutes. We (party of 2) acknowledged that would be fine. Hostess took my number and typed in 35 minute wait. We went to sit up front.After about 5 minutes, another group of girls came up to the stand and asked if there was a wait, the hostess informed them that she could seat them now.As a small business owner, I understand managing the flow of business. While the restaurant was not full (8pm on a Saturday night), there were several open tables. Staffing could have been the reason not to seat us. But when another party came behind us and got seated immediately, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
