I haven’t come to this location in years and today I stopped by for a coffee and breakfast wrap and I just had to say the way they are working is incredible. There are 10 employees that are so friendly but also diligent and focus oriented. They’re all working so so hard and are all so friendly. They don’t miss one person to say hello to when they walk in. Order ahead of time if you’re big on customer service I’m the type of person that would just walk out if you’re not friendly or you look like got a problem with me. When I come here I feel like the person at the register is tired and doesn’t have the energy which I understand but the same time it’s a Starbucks standard and it would be nice to get your order with a smile on someone’s face
On numerous occasions now I have ordered an iced drink via DoorDash and received a hot drink. It’s right there on the label, folks.
