It was 2nd visit to this location. After placing my order for coffee when I sat down on chair, I found the floor dirty. I doubted to myself and when I looked the floor carefully, it was showing that it’s not been cleaned for at least few days. I was uncomfortable but had no choice at that time.
It was my first time stopping at this location. They had a system like all other Starbucks (place your order and wait until your name is called), but it wasn't working well with inside customers. It appeared that they were prioritizing app customers first, and the orders were sitting there clogging up space on the counter in alphabetical order. My Mom & I are loyal customers here ??♀️ Customer service is outstanding! The baristas here make us feel like family. Each of them have memorized both our orders & don’t even have to ask us what we want. They know as soon as they see us walk in. Keep up the great work, guys!! ????
