I hadn't been to Jack in the box for a long time. I decided to pick some up on my way to work. I was very pleased with the customer service at the drive-thru window. The lady was very nice and friendly. Had a smile. I waited for my food. It didn't take very long. It came out fresh and hot and delicious. I'll definitely be stopping there again on my way to work.
I feel like all jack in the box locations are lacking in staff. Which makes the staff that does show up frustrated. I felt like the food was microwaved and they messed up on our order but no one would answer the phone. The lobby was closed and no one would come to the door. So not the best experience ? it's was $23 for 2 breakfast combos which is ridiculous for such crappie food and service

Air conditioning was out and it was well over 100° outside and they said it had been out for a while. We really wanted to eat in because we had just drove over 300 miles to get back to you Austin and we wanted to sit and eat in. Disgusting and disgraceful.
