“Amazing service! This Shipley's is further from my home than all the others but close to my job. I desperately wanted a maple bacon donut. They currently don't make them at this location (they do have regular maple). The young man at the counter was so nice and did everything he could to accommodate. I will return.“

“I gave four stars because I ordered six kolaches (four with jalapeños, two without). My young granddaughter does not eat jalapeños. Despite saying my order a second and third time when asked about my order, she still gave me all six with peppers. I will ask for them in a box from now on and not accept the order crammed into those little bags. There...problem and solution because we really like them?“
“Over all the place was nice and clean. Was a little disappointed the donuts my kids wanted had to be specially made and they normally run out by lunch. My kids were interested in the advertised skittles donut. We were there about lunch time and the donut was unavailable already.“
“I've seen Shipley all around town. I even get coupons for Shipley. I finally ask my husband if he's ever had these donuts. His answer was no, so we pulled up on a Monday afternoon. We left with two sausage and cheese kolaches and a dozen donuts. The dough for the kolaches and donuts is great. It's not too heavy, perfectly fluffy, and the glaze and icing wasn't overkill. I normally don't like powdered donuts, but these I would eat again. A dozen disappeared quickly, which means we will come back!“
