Fantastic service at CiCi’s! We had a mistake happen with the delivery from an outside delivery service and they were so helpful in correcting the issue! Super friendly people, especially Jessica! Pizza was great too! They will definitely have my business again.
Great experience. The staff was very friendly. Most of the pizza seemed a little cold but likely because they want to keep a lot of options up without wasting it. Which I get. Once a tray was empty, they were good about replacing it with hot, fresh pizza. No complaints from my kids, regardless. I loved that they had bluey playing when we went. Seemed like they kept up with cleaning tables pretty well, walls could use a wipe down, though. Wish they had more game/arcade selections...read full review

HUGE shout out to Killeen Tx #0034. I walked in for the buffet 8:30pm & was informed the buffet closed 9pm but google posted 10pm(for pick up i told). The buffet attendant happily allowed me to order the pizzas of my choosing. The pizza came out fresh & quickly. I was told multiple times not to rush & enjoy my dinner.
