“Had a pleasant time here at this location, keep In mind it's a Dunkin-Baskin Robins so they are doing both here. Staff were friendly, wasn't super fast but orders were correct. Hung out with the grandparents for the grandkids, and they didn't mind us at all. Icre cream was also quite tasty, nice place overall“
“I ordered 4 quarts of the Love potion 31 ice cream on line and set a time of 7 PM. When I called to say I was on my way BR told me they had no such order and that the flavor was not even in yet. I was directed to contact customer support. I contacted CS via e-mail and next day received an e-mail from Jennifer the district manager. Explained the issue and she asked me to come to the store and the funds were refunded as well as a free quart of ice cream for my troubles. Perfect example of turning a bad experience into a positive one. Although I will not use the online ordering option as this was the second issue I have had. Thank you to Jennifer for handling this.“
