“I'm an ice cream person, so I'm going to enjoy a creamy frozen treat almost regardless of what flavor or where I get it from. But Baskin Robbins is for sure a teir above what you can buy at the grocery store. I got the chocolate peanut butter and oreo cookies and cream, and they were very creamy and delicious. My only complaint is that when we come here, the workers are somewhat standoffish and uncomfortable and hard to track down. The space is shared with a Dunkin Donuts, so idk if the workers have to run both sides or if they're separate. Regardless, I'm a fan ?“

“It's been a while since I've visited a Baskin Robbins, but I grew up going to the ice cream chain as a kid and some flavors just bring back all the memories! I think my all time favorite is the Cherries Jubilee, but I still want to try new flavors every time I visit just to see if there's anything else I'll love as much.I will give Baskin Robbins credit for trying, but I've always been so disappointed with their sugar free flavors. They just don't pack a punch with the flavor and can't compare to the other offerings. That said, I do appreciate the dairy free options they offer. Ultimately, I went with the Cherries Jubilee and the Pistachio Almond, which initially tasted great but seemed to have a more mild flavor than I usually prefer. The Cherries Jubilee was fantastic! I will say this I've not been to this area of Austin before and while there is plenty of parking, the parking lot and location felt a bit run down. There was no seating outside and seating inside was limited. Personally, this felt more like a grab-and-go location since seating was more limited. The employees were friendly and helpful with trying samples and checking out, so no complaints there! All in all, I definitely like Baskin Robbins and always enjoy eating ice cream on a hot summer day (or 65% of Texas days, since it's always over 100F here!)“

“Not sure what it is, but still liking me some Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Definitely might be a childhood thing, there was a B-R close to where I grew up... very much a traditional flavor guy, chocolate, cookies-n-cream, etc., not much into the flavors that are all sugar-ribboned with sauces. Enjoyed a scoop at the location, brought home a couple of pints. Happy ice cream camper for a week! Highly recommend Baskin-Robbins for very good, fresh ice cream. You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! (that's a childhood thing too! LOL).“

“We stopped by this evening because my 6th grader deserved a reward for FINALLY opening her locker. I can't remember the last time I was here so it must have been a while ago. When we entered we were immediately greeted which I appreciate. They didn't rush us which it took time because I like to look at each flavor and my daughter already knew she was going to get a waffle cone with chocolate. I finally decieded on a small cone and picked pink bubblegum. I am not going to lie I feel like that was biggest mistake I could have made. As I am currently writing this review the little pieces of gum are still in my teeth.I will say though we each got one scoop and it was enough. Surprisingly, she finished her giant waffle cone before I could finish my little cone. That should say a lot. They only had 2 employees and when we entered there weren't a lot of people but as we sat there tons of people came in. It can get busy, and they had sitting outside. Basically, I know we will be back, and I will pick anything that doesn't have gum in it. Lesson learned.“

“Always have a great time here. Despite others’ feelings about the staff…they are always super kind and helpful to me. We have complete convenience with having an ice cream shop so close, it would be nice if they stayed open a little later into the evening, but maybe there’s not enough business to allow it. These kids that work at the shop most likely are making minimum wage, in school full time, and striving every day to make a brighter future for themselves…INSTEAD of riding the unemployment train still.“
