“We love Baskin Ribbons. I give 5 stars because the ice cream and service has always been great but this location in particular receives 5 stars from me because it was my husband's birthday and I got out of work late and I just wanted to get him his favorite ice cream for when he got home. I only had big bills on me and no card due yo my wallet being previously stolen. The young man who took care of me explained that because of the hour he could not take that much money from me. I offered to pay him the whole $100 and I could return the next day to receive my change and explained to him why I really wanted to buy the ice cream. He asked me to wait a moment and he went to the back to speak with the manager on at the time. She came out and spoke with me and told me she would cover my ice cream. I felt so appreciative! I have never had this happen to me before.“

“I’m leaving 5 star to combat the negative reviews. Yes the seating area needs a deep clean because it’s an ice cream and donut shop; both of which are made of sticky things that will be constantly spilled. And it’s serviced by high school kids.

But the ice cream is good, reliable Baskin Robbins. They have a ton of flavors. It’s in the neighborhood and doesn’t cost $12 per serving.“

“This location is spectacular the gentleman working the counter, Went above and beyond for my crazy request.I mean , he truly understood what I wanted , and he executed perfectly. Plus as a bonus, he was a super nice guy. He knew how to interact with the customers. He wasn't afraid to start conversation. It was just a really nice experience. I'll definitely be driving out of my way.Anytime I'd like to go to Baskin Robbins to this location.There is one a lot closer to my house, my experience at this location, top notch!! Thanks!!“

“This is normally an amazing ice cream shop. I like a certain flavor and always and happy to get it. I came in at 9:05 pulled into the driveway where the shop is. Only to find that all the lights were off and the guys were in the back. They had closed an hour early. I was absolutely pissed. I feel like it would be okay if you would have closed 15 to 30 minutes early if you've had a slow one to two customers within the last hour. But if you're an hour till closing, you should not turn the lights off and put everything up. That is just plain wrong.

I came back as of the 19th of July and learned that they were closing early because there AC is broken. I love this place and was definitely harsh with the review. Sorry.“

“We ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location, and it was ready on time and made exactly to our specifications. When I went to pick it up, I noticed several employees working hard, and there were plenty of pre-made cakes on display that looked amazing. They also had a good selection of ice cream flavors, though I can't comment on the taste as I haven't tried Baskin Robbins' ice cream before.

As for the custom cake, it was absolutely delicious and a hit at the party. We chose the Confetti Crazy Cake base and customized it with white cake and Old Fashioned Butter Pecan ice cream. Guests kept asking where we got the cake and were surprised to hear it was from Baskin Robbins. Overall, it was a great experience!“
