“We went late in the evening to see what kind of cakes they had for my daughter's birthday. My daughter ended up wanting the cake in a box but wanted it a specific way. Although they were busy the lady working took the time between customers to talk to my daughter & see exactly what she wanted then made her cake in a box. She even helped by letting us know my daughter's first choice, a sherbet, would have melted to fast. Will definitely be returning to this particular location for all of our Baskin Robbins cravings!!!“
“We stopped by Baskin-Robbins a few weeks ago and were greeted by a lovely young lady who must be new I haven’t been at the store for months so she was a new face she had glasses and dark skin, and from the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming and kind. My kids can be a handful (especially when it comes to choosing ice cream!), but she handled everything with such patience and a genuine smile.
They were indecisive, and full of energy asking for samples, running around, and firing off question after question. But not once did she seem annoyed or rushed. In fact, she reassured me it was totally okay and even seemed to enjoy chatting with them. She gave them some great recommendations that they ended up loving!
It was such a breath of fresh air to see someone so cooperative, interactive, and kindhearted. It really brought a smile to my face and made our visit extra special. The service was absolutely beautiful. 💕“

“Stopped by Baskin-Robbins after dinner and it was a nice little treat. The person working was patient while we looked through the flavors, which I appreciated because it took us a minute to decide.
The ice cream tasted fresh, the scoops were a good size, and the visit was quick and easy. It is a simple place, but it is exactly what you want when you are in the mood for something sweet.“

“Came in, meeting friends. Workers were busy helping others. We sat at the table, but it was quite dirty. After they were done helping other customers, I asked for something to clean the table. The worker I asked quickly came over to clean the table. He was very nice about it. Great customer service!“

“We just left. There was a young man with glasses who helped us. I wish we had gotten his name but he was extremely tall! Well he deserves a raise! Super patient and polite with my children, husband and I. Thankyou mijo for being such a good person and nice with my special needs son. He doesnt speak much but he was able to tell you that you are a wonderful person and you were so humble and kind about it. Thankyou so much! Sometimes I get nervous about taking my son out in public because ppl tend to not understand, but you were just so kind! Thankyou! “Not sure why so many bad reviews. Have been coming here for about 9 months since we moved to the rim. Customer service has always been good and food delicious as well. Workers were attentive. Super nice to my kids who had questions about the different flavors and even went to go get napkins for us since they had ran out. Overall, always happy with our ice cream/donuts dates with the wife and kiddos“

“I haven’t been to Baskin-Robbins in quite some time. I forgot how yummy the mint chocolate chip on a sugar is. And the variety of flavors available kept me trying to decide which one to pick for far too long. All was great until I asked the staff to make something that wasn’t in the menu. I guess mixing daiquiri ice and Starry is too hard. Oh well, I guess everything can’t be perfect.“
“I was help by Alexia there was other workers working very busy to the other worker started cleaning the lobby and wiping down counters as Alexia how she helped me. She asked if I would like to try any samples I said no thank you I would like a triple scoop bowl so we proceeded to the cash register. She asked me if I have points. I didn’t use them. But thank you for letting me know about the app. Also, I sound of the lobby and observed the workers. They all seem to work efficiently. There’s a woman there I guess was the manager they had like a team meeting. It was very nice to see that so as I sit back and watched, they all work together, cleaned organized, and stocked up the building. Awesome job guys. Thank you so much for your service I do recommend this place 100% your hard work goes unnoticed thank you all for what you do and keep up the good work“

“Only rating 5 stars because the young lady and young man tried really hard to assist me.However I was picking up an Uber eats order and most of the items weren't available. Then for the shakes/smoothies, the machine broke.2 young kids working late at night and out of products? This is an example of poor management, has nothing to do with the employees other than the management.I've worked at restaurants before and the management is in charge of restocking and keeping up with inventory. They don't have enough employees for the mass amounts of customers and definitely not enough product.“
