“We stopped by Baskin-Robbins a few weeks ago and were greeted by a lovely young lady who must be new I haven’t been at the store for months so she was a new face she had glasses and dark skin, and from the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming and kind. My kids can be a handful (especially when it comes to choosing ice cream!), but she handled everything with such patience and a genuine smile.

They were indecisive, and full of energy asking for samples, running around, and firing off question after question. But not once did she seem annoyed or rushed. In fact, she reassured me it was totally okay and even seemed to enjoy chatting with them. She gave them some great recommendations that they ended up loving!

It was such a breath of fresh air to see someone so cooperative, interactive, and kindhearted. It really brought a smile to my face and made our visit extra special. The service was absolutely beautiful. 💕“

“We just left. There was a young man with glasses who helped us. I wish we had gotten his name but he was extremely tall! Well he deserves a raise! Super patient and polite with my children, husband and I. Thankyou mijo for being such a good person and nice with my special needs son. He doesnt speak much but he was able to tell you that you are a wonderful person and you were so humble and kind about it. Thankyou so much! I decided to go with the coffee-flavored ice cream, and it was absolutely fantastic. It had a rich, smooth coffee flavor that wasn’t too sweet, making it the perfect treat for anyone who enjoys coffee. Every bite was creamy, refreshing, and incredibly satisfying.

My friend ordered the Rainbow Sherbet, while others in our group picked completely different flavors. It was so much fun seeing everyone’s choices, and the best part was that every single person loved what they ordered. It really shows that Baskin-Robbins has something for everyone.

“Taylor is awesome and deserves a raise!! We had a mishap on our online order and our grasshopper pie was not made for my son's birthday in July (Grasshopper pie is a birthday tradition for us). She made it all better by personally contacting me and offering to make the next Grasshopper pie personally!!
If all employees could have this level of customer service, the world would be a better place! Appreciate Taylor for going above and beyond to correct this oversight by another employee.“

“The reason why im giving this a 4 stsr is because of the worker Laura, we waited for a while at the deive through and kept saying hello no response i went to drive around and saw Laura taking out the trash out we tomd her we thought they were closed she ended up taking our order inside and was super sweet, apologetic and professional.“

“Not sure why so many bad reviews. Have been coming here for about 9 months since we moved to the rim. Customer service has always been good and food delicious as well. Workers were attentive. Super nice to my kids who had questions about the different flavors and even went to go get napkins for us since they had ran out. Overall, always happy with our ice cream/donuts dates with the wife and kiddos“

“I haven’t been to Baskin-Robbins in quite some time. I forgot how yummy the mint chocolate chip on a sugar is. And the variety of flavors available kept me trying to decide which one to pick for far too long. All was great until I asked the staff to make something that wasn’t in the menu. I guess mixing daiquiri ice and Starry is too hard. Oh well, I guess everything can’t be perfect.“

“Only rating 5 stars because the young lady and young man tried really hard to assist me.However I was picking up an Uber eats order and most of the items weren't available. Then for the shakes/smoothies, the machine broke.2 young kids working late at night and out of products? This is an example of poor management, has nothing to do with the employees other than the management.I've worked at restaurants before and the management is in charge of restocking and keeping up with inventory. They don't have enough employees for the mass amounts of customers and definitely not enough product.“

“I was help by Alexia there was other workers working very busy to the other worker started cleaning the lobby and wiping down counters as Alexia how she helped me. She asked if I would like to try any samples I said no thank you I would like a triple scoop bowl so we proceeded to the cash register. She asked me if I have points. I didn’t use them. But thank you for letting me know about the app. Also, I sound of the lobby and observed the workers. They all seem to work efficiently. There’s a woman there I guess was the manager they had like a team meeting. It was very nice to see that so as I sit back and watched, they all work together, cleaned organized, and stocked up the building. Awesome job guys.
