Baskin-Robbins is a large and clean location, but the service and supplies were lacking. Customers experienced long waits and limited toppings for their orders. However, the staff, especially Miss Destiny, was praised for their professionalism and friendliness. Despite some issues, Baskin-Robbins remains a popular spot for chilling out with delicious ice cream flavors. The restaurant is not open 24 hours and closes at 10 pm, but the workers are respectful and friendly even when customers arrive close to closing time. The location offers a variety of flavors, including cheesecake pumpkin ice cream and many creative options. It has a clean lobby and a good workplace environment. It is situated near Wendy's and Jiffy-Lube. Overall, customers have had positive experiences, especially with friendly staff and good quality ice cream, making it a favorite place to enjoy a treat.
