So we came for the first time to place so excited to get a waffle cone and there where no more and at that all they had left were regular cone waiting for 10mins until someone helped us and as we left we started eating our ice creams and the Cone tasted old and I tried calling the store to let them know and no one answered ..

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Wow!! They have nothing here!!!! I have ordered several times and they always send me the wrong ice cream and half empty. Yesterday they didn't have anything I wanted: Strawberry cheesecake, Pistachio or Nutty Coconut. So the question is what do they have? They are classic flavors that they should always have.

I wanted a late night snack I was super excited to go and get some ice cream. I went through the drive-through and I haven’t been here in a while so I didn’t know how to order or what to order the menu was not helpful at all. I asked the lady what flavors she had and she replied I don’t know we have over 31 flavors. Mind you I know that the flavors online are different in store and you guys don’t have some. She was super rude, and she rushed me the whole time. Once it was time for me to pay she grabbed my card out of my hand to pay didn’t say have a good night or thank you I’ve worked in fast food restaurant before. And I’ve had bad days. I would never be this rude to a customer seriously was upset. This happened at 10:30 today i’m 21 years old. That does not mean I do not have feelings just because I’m younger super rude. Honestly, I am very upset.
