Terrible, this place never has anything. Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. Received ice cream in a cup with some unknown chocolate covering, resembled the chocolate used to frost the donuts, no whip cream, no nuts, no cherries, this place is the worst. Will never go back.
Horrible customer service. Ordered birthday cake 4 days in advance, called 3 hours before to see if it was ready, said it would be ready at pickup time. Showed up, cake not ready, excuse was order ticket was hiding behind another order and staff calling in sick. That's why I called 3 hours prior. Ruined birthday. Take your money someplace else. This place is not worth your time.

I’ve tried to give the Leon Springs location a chance so many times, usually resulting in disappointment, but tonight was the last straw. I recently went to Baskin and Robbins with my daughter. We both ordered double scoop, hot fudge sundaes with vanilla ice cream and we were pleasantly surprised that the hot fudge machine wasn’t broken.
