I’ve tried to give the Leon Springs location a chance so many times, usually resulting in disappointment, but tonight was the last straw. I recently went to Baskin and Robbins with my daughter. We both ordered double scoop, hot fudge sundaes with vanilla ice cream and we were pleasantly surprised that the hot fudge machine wasn’t broken. When we received our order there was only one scoop of ice cream in each bowl, and one tablespoon of “hot fudge.” It was neither hot nor fudgey. It looked like something that came out of my dogs butt 20 minutes ago and started to harden. The sundaes were inedible. We tasted a bit of the “hot fudge” and it looked and tasted like chocolate donut frosting (see picture below). Pretty sure they sloppily smeared some frosting in the bowl and called it hot fudge. Not sure what’s up with the managers of this place but it’s bad. Save yourself the trip and money and just go down the road to sonic.

Terrible, this place never has anything. Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. Received ice cream in a cup with some unknown chocolate covering, resembled the chocolate used to frost the donuts, no whip cream, no nuts, no cherries, this place is the worst. Will never go back.

Horrible customer service. Ordered birthday cake 4 days in advance, called 3 hours before to see if it was ready, said it would be ready at pickup time. Showed up, cake not ready, excuse was order ticket was hiding behind another order and staff calling in sick. That's why I called 3 hours prior. Ruined birthday. Take your money someplace else. This place is not worth your time.

The girl wouldn't repeat back my ice cream order THEN when I asked her what flavors they had thinking she'd tell some new or featured flavors she said we have 31 flavors can you be specific. You can tell she hates her job. For the cost we pay to live in the area I'd expect more from them . TRUST THE REVIEWS. Try the 3 ice cream places at the Rim

Why is this place allowed to be a franchise?!?! Look at all the terrible reviews. We've been trying to get what we want from this location ever since Covid in 2020. They have constantly been missing popular flavors and key ingredients. Today was the final straw. Every time I have tried to order something in the past, they tell me ahead of time that they are missing ingredients such as hot fudge, or my favorite ice cream flavor, mint chocolate chip, which is a super popular flavor. But this time I ordered a hot fudge sundae, they told me OK, and I am surprised that I'm getting what I want finally! But then I get my hot fudge sundae, and it only has a slight drizzle of hot fudge on it, no nuts and no cherry. What am I paying five dollars for? They took my money first then gave me a tiny scoop of ice cream with a miserable drizzle of hot fudge and some whip cream. What do you do at that point? I ask what can you do about this. I'm not getting everything I'm paying for. The cashier says we're not allowed to do anything about this. Welp...I am going to do something about this. If you want to be ripped off, go to this location. if you want to be disappointed, go to this location. Please find another Baskin-Robbins, if you possibly can. This place is really disappointing for the past three years. There's a realtor's lock on the door. No wonder. Shut this place down. When I go out, I am going for a rare and special treat. You will not find anything like that here. I wish I read all of the other reviews before I wasted my money here.

Went to this place with an entire family only to find out they’re closed at 4:15 PM!!The employee inside was still serving ice cream via drive-through window and when I approached him through the drive-through window, this kid says that he locked the doors because it’s only him in the store and everyone else left!!Instead of keeping the doors open and serving customers, he locked the doors.Many people stopped by and found there’ themselves dumbfounded just like myself.Poor management is not the appropriate word but that’s the only way I can describe it. Avoid this place at all costs.

DO NOT get ANYTHING from here. Look at this TRASH. What is this?? Why even make this? Why is this still even open?!! I even had to contact customer support for how awful the experience was!! They didn't even open the drive through window, so I can pick up a order. This is ridiculous and shameful for Dunkin' ?
Can you all please address the backed up sweeper smell!!? Also I have lived in the area a few years and the baskin robbins section has never had how fudge for there sundaes and the almonds are always stale please please address your issues.

I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese in the drive thru. The quality of what was received was just plain pitiful. (*See pics to see what I mean.) The bagel was rock hard in some places. Other parts of the bagel felt fine. Hmmm...seems like it could have been left uncovered as it was not over toasted. Needless to say, this was thrown away. I expected to have more cream cheese than this! There's not even enough to cover one half of the bagel! Fortunately, the drinks were tasty. That and friendly employees are the only reason for a 2-star review.
