Slow service, carry out person didn't even talk to me when she gave me my order, she shoved it in my face and I smiled at her to still thank her but then she just walked away without saying anything. When I initially ordered and pressed the button to order she sounded really upset/annoyed and told me my total then hung up. I waited about 10-12 minutes for my order and it was busy so I am understanding of that but this location's employees definitely need more instruction in customer...read full review

We shop at the rim often and Online ordering is NEVER turned on and they won’t honor the all day happy hour pricing that you would normally get through the app. I think they just don’t wanna deal with online orders. Also always seem to be “drive thru only”Update: drove to the dominion one and they were very nice and while they’re online ordering was off, they happily honored the discount! Rim location just sucks

I had an amazing experience with one of the managers last friday night, excellent customer service, 10 out of 10 service, very nice person. it was the best customer service i have ever received.
