Never even got my food we sat at the empty drive through for fifteen minutes after and the window was mostly blacked out except for one sliver where we could see all the employees on their phones while we sat and waited to never get our food. Don’t recommend coming here, then again even if you do you probably won’t be served.

Honestly the worst Sonic location in the area, they serve food cold and alter the ticket times so they leave you waiting for 20 minutes after ordering ahead, and then say there’s only two people working. Go to another location if you don’t want your day ruined.

I have never had good service at this Sonic. Unacceptable wait times. I just left after waiting 10 minutes for one drink and a chicken slinger. I never got my food so I left. This is the second time I’ve left this location due to waiting too long for food. A previous time I visited I order one large tea from the app. When I got to the location and checked in on the app I got an error message. I pushed the button to ask an employee for help. She admitted to clearing the order out before I even checked in, which is why I got an error when I tried to check in. The icing on the cake is that I was the only person in the stalls at that time. I won’t be returning.

Waited over ten minutes in the drive thru. People behind us got their food first. Management doesn't respond when you call. And to top it off the food we ordered was over cooked and inedible.

just go to a different sonic ! last night at 10 i ordered food & waited for almost 10 minutes just to pay , they have the windows covered up ( which in sure isnt legal) and NONE of my food was correct. my slushie wasnt the right size , there was no chili on my CHILI cheese tots ? no sauce on the burger and i was also still charged for a large slushie. just go to whataburger :/
