Came in with my family around 8:15–8:20 PM. We were served our ice cream and sat down in the lobby. About 10–15 minutes later, the employee told us the lobby was closed and asked us to leave, even though the posted closing time was 9 PM.
I understand the employee was working alone, and this felt more like a management/staffing issue than an employee issue, but it was still frustrating to be asked to leave before finishing our ice cream during posted business hours....read full review

Baskin-Robbins is a quaint shop with a friendly staff. Despite some inconsistencies, the ice cream is great. However, customers may experience disappointment with certain menu items, such as the hand-packed chocolate with peanut butter, which is not always available due to missing containers. Additionally, some treats, like cake cones and sugar cones, may be stale. The location is off the beaten path, which may contribute to a low turnover of fresh products.
