This place looks understaffed and poorly managed. The staff was nice but they where running around busy. Limited topping for the ice cream and had no supplies for there specials. I just felt bad for the young men there, they really where trying there best to make it good. Kudos to these guys! No negatively from them this is just what I saw.
Half the time the shake blenders are down. I often wonder if the employees just say that to keep from having to work. Also, the locations are not consistent on what flavors of ice cream are available. Because of these 2 major infractions it is definitely not a 5 star experience. However, the ice cream quality is 3 star.

Clean restaurant with decent service. Cool tables and lounging area! However, in spite of multiple attempts to connect to Wi-Fi, it just wasn't going to happen. Too bad, such a lovely, inviting dining area with no Wi-Fi. Oh well, just seemed like such a cool place to bring a laptop and hang out... ?
