Clean restaurant with decent service. Cool tables and lounging area! However, in spite of multiple attempts to connect to Wi-Fi, it just wasn't going to happen. Too bad, such a lovely, inviting dining area with no Wi-Fi. Oh well, just seemed like such a cool place to bring a laptop and hang out... ?

The most important thing you need to know is that the people who work at this location are rude and have not the slightest idea what customer service is about.First, they call two days prior to a cake order being due without an apology in the world that they’ve run out of ice cream for the order. They won’t send the order to another location. They simply say to get a refund and order somewhere else before disconnecting the call.When I called because I had not received my refund after several days, they informed me that an order I placed online would have to be refunded in-store only. When I raised concerns, the woman became rude and said, “I told you you would have to come in” and disconnected the call.She ought to be ashamed at the way she spoke to me, acting like the whole ordeal was my problem.

At 1st I was overcharged. I ordered a mangonada and was charged for a mango smoothie. Then it came out missing quite a bit. When I order a large I expect it to not be missing any

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked in, never greeted or acknowledged. I was the only one in line to order…I just stood there while the few employees didn’t even have the common courtesy to say hello or I’ll be right with you. Ended up walking out after about 4-5 minutes. Didn’t appear anyone cared to take my order. Wasn’t that hard, just a scoop of ice cream.

You can't get a milkshake after 8pm on a Saturday are you kidding me! Apparently after 2nd and 3rd choices shot down you can't get anything after 8pm this place is a joke!
The girl serving the ice cream has a horrible attitude… she needs a customer service class!!!

This place looks understaffed and poorly managed. The staff was nice but they where running around busy. Limited topping for the ice cream and had no supplies for there specials. I just felt bad for the young men there, they really where trying there best to make it good. Kudos to these guys! No negatively from them this is just what I saw.

This place is disgusting! They should really consider who they have serving the food. Nothing against the young man helping (named Rudy)but he should’ve been wearing a hair net and some gloves or something. He had an obvious condition where he was basically shedding skin all over. Knowing you have such a condition you should cover up and wear protective gear. Not only that but he was touching his nose and his watch. Ridiculous!! Personal hygiene should be a part of these employees uniform… but anyways ,He can help with other tasks but serving food is not one of them.Unfortunately I didn’t get anything from here as I was too disgusted. But my friend wanted her cone with nuts on it and they don’t have any. WHY DO THEY HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS THEY MAKE THEM FRESH. if they make them fresh why couldn’t they make her one right then and there. Never again will I come here. And I will advise others not to come here either it’s disgusting and people are going to get sick !

With Covid still being around don’t you think maintenance should be easy to do ? Inside was dirty tables still had crumbs from other customers and simply just nasty . On top of this my little daughter dropped her ice cream right after getting it and they made me pay for another one saying it was not their responsibility? Like I understand it’s not lol it’s simply the fact of I’m not gonna have her eat this here is the old one can I have a new one ? Not like I’m trying to keep the old one and just get a new one ? but anyways to go with that Simple customer service is learned at like 14 years old ? this lady for as old as she is should have and know simple manners and customer service … but doesn’t . super sad to say this was my first and last time coming to this location. I just never do any reviews but thought I’d do this since I was very disappointed
