The service was great! I ordered a chocolate ice cream cake for Father's Day. They unfortunately gave me the wrong ice cream flavor. We got mint chocolate instead. Aside from that, everything else was great.
Came here for a small dessert on a Friday night. It was late and a chilly night, so wasn't crowded at all. Staff welcomed the guests as they walked in and was ready to take the orders. Good thing about Baskin-Robbins is the consistency of all their 31+ flavors. Walked up and ordered a double scoop consisting of Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Came in, meeting friends. Workers were busy helping others. We sat at the table, but it was quite dirty. After they were done helping other customers, I asked for something to clean the table. The worker I asked quickly came over to clean the table. He was very nice about it. Great customer service!
