They have lots of flavors to choose from but the price is steep for ice cream.
Generally we're happy with BR, but the last two times we visited the waffle cones were terrible, they tasted old, old and we're very stale, no crispness just chewy and hard to eat. I'll not be trying them or BR for a long time.
After trying repeatedly to submit an order online with no luck. I went into the store and was assisted by I believe Michelle! That day all systems we're having issues but she didn't leave me hanging. She manually sent my cake order and helped me out tremendously. My cake was made by Juan who went above and beyond to text me and let me know that everything will go smoothly. These 2 were absolutely amazing! Thank you both

Baskin-Robbins offers a delightful experience with custom ice cream cakes made to perfection. The Confetti Crazy Cake base with Old Fashioned Butter Pecan ice cream was a hit at a party, impressing guests. The pre-made cakes on display looked amazing, showcasing the variety available. While the ice cream flavors, like chocolate peanut butter and oreo cookies and cream, were creamy and delicious, the workers were sometimes hard to locate, possibly due to sharing the space with Dunkin Donuts. Despite this, the overall experience at Baskin-Robbins was deemed great by customers, with the custom cakes stealing the show and leaving a lasting impression.
