I appreciate the way Baskin Robin's sends a sealed bag for delivery orders, however I do not appreciate their failure to include a BANANA in a "BANANA Split" and I have no way to fix this unless I go to the store in person because no one will answer the phone.Wasted money and very disappointing.
Only positive about this place is the location, other than that be prepared to wait in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes!! The first time we went by after waiting over 15 minutes and got to the window the girl told us she was the ONLY one working (this was in the evening on the weekend!), second time was today and had to wait awhile AGAIN. I'm an ice cream person, so I'm going to enjoy a creamy frozen treat almost regardless of what flavor or where I get it from. But Baskin Robbins is for sure a teir above what you can buy at the grocery store. I got the chocolate peanut butter and oreo cookies and cream, and they were very creamy and delicious.
