I'm an ice cream person, so I'm going to enjoy a creamy frozen treat almost regardless of what flavor or where I get it from. But Baskin Robbins is for sure a teir above what you can buy at the grocery store. I got the chocolate peanut butter and oreo cookies and cream, and they were very creamy and delicious. My only complaint is that when we come here, the workers are somewhat standoffish and uncomfortable and hard to track down. The space is shared with a Dunkin Donuts, so idk if the workers have to run both sides or if they're separate. Regardless, I'm a fan ?

I appreciate the way Baskin Robin's sends a sealed bag for delivery orders, however I do not appreciate their failure to include a BANANA in a "BANANA Split" and I have no way to fix this unless I go to the store in person because no one will answer the phone.Wasted money and very disappointing.

This location was filthy at 5p on a Sunday. 3 girls working had bad attitudes and were not helping anyone inside. No one was working the ice cream counter, but they all 3 walked over at some point. No one spoke to us or desired to help.Long nails, dirty uniforms, smoking in the kitchen...Hard pass.

Walked in an hour before close, one lady was working the drive-through and the other was mopping the lobby. We waited for 20 minutes and neither employee even acknowledged that we were in there. 0/10 this is the 2nd and last bad experience at this location

This place is ridiculous . The workers act like they don’t wanna be there and to make things worst they have no supplies. We ordered ice cream in a cup because they had no cones, after we paid they said they had no spoons, we were offered a sample spoon that’s smaller than my pinky finger to eat our ice creams. Ridiculous. We asked for a refund and they tried giving us a fork to eat our ice creams. I will never go back to that location. If you go visit this location I hope you remember to take your own spoon! Good luck.

Only positive about this place is the location, other than that be prepared to wait in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes!! The first time we went by after waiting over 15 minutes and got to the window the girl told us she was the ONLY one working (this was in the evening on the weekend!), second time was today and had to wait awhile AGAIN. We were given our ice cream just for them to tell us they didn’t have anymore spoons. SPOONS!!! Like you’re an establishment catered to ICE CREAM and you aren’t stocked on spoons? Can you imagine how annoying that is to now have to wait to either try going next door to McDonalds or home just for a spoon. Smh! Please do better.
