During my recent visit, after finishing my coffee and leaving, the staff asked for my name and talked about me among themselves. When I asked why, they did not give a clear answer. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. Staff should focus on serving customers politely and respectfully. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated appropriately.
