While some visits may be better than others, the food is usually served with a smile. However, some staff members may appear overworked, affecting the overall customer service experience.
Customers have enjoyed the Double Baconator, fries, and root beer. The Cinnabon pull-apart can be hit or miss, with some reporting the bottom half as burnt and inedible. The drive-thru and mobile ordering can be slow, but the employees are often quick to have orders ready and provide helpful extras like napkins and sauces.
