Love Dunkin because being from the northeast that's what I'm used to. This Parmer location is close to my house but need to drive to another location because I'm tired of dealing with the subpar service. Simple order in the drive thru is a gamble. Coffee hot with cream and sugar has to be checked before driving away. Usually the most common thing gotten right is the coffee being hot. Today they even got that wrong. Hot? No. Lukewarm at best. Dunkin' is a popular spot for quick coffee near Tech Ridge, known for its efficient drive-thru and friendly employees. The entire team is kind, courteous, and accommodating, getting complicated drink orders perfect. The iced coffee is really good and the bagel sandwich was good. They kill it with their speed, consistency, and attention to detail. This is a great store and the most convenient Dunkin in the area. However, they occasionally run out of food items and only accept cash for tips.
