I would simply because the food is usually good but it's slow as hell inside most of the time!! I'm not eating hear again because this is the second or third time I've come in and several of the employees are handling food without gloves or hair nets. Two guys have long hair with no hair nets and one has a scraggly beard!!
The young lady Mo was a doll from the moment we walked in and never stopped! She didn’t stop smiling, she greeted everyone coming in and out, and she checked on us again when we were eating! She is one in a million cause usually when you come to places like this, the workers hate their jobs and you can tell! I will be coming back specifically for her! The food was good too!
I’ve asked for a chocolate frosty with cookie dough through the app and they give A VANILLA FROSTY FOR THE SECOND TIMES. I was wondering why they can’t ever read? Why are they hired if they can’t read? I’m a chocolate freak and don’t do that to me. It’s humiliating.

The staff were incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process, even while dealing with other frustrated customers. However, occasionally, orders may miss an item or have incorrect condiments, like getting the wrong nuggets. There can be a long wait for items like chili and Frostys, even when the rest of the order is prompt. The restaurant generally provides satisfying meals, but attention to detail can sometimes be lacking.
