“My gf and I came to this location last night and I can honestly say this is the best Burger King I’ve ever visited. I personally hate the fries at Burger King but the ones at this location was phenomenal. While eating the supervisor/manager Dorian came to us and asked us how we liked the food. Never in the history of fast food has someone come and asked me how the food was. We then had a very pleasant conversation and he shook my hand. I don’t know if I’ll ever go to a Burger King this great. Shout out to the manager for making this experience worth writing about.“
“So this morning on my way to work I stopped and purchased breakfast. The clerk told me my card declined. So I used a different card to pay for my order.That transaction went through no problem.Later that afternoon, I discovered that the first transaction did go through and I was double charged.Later this evening, I came back to the Burger King and spoke with the manager on duty. I showed her that I was charged twice on two different cards. She took the information and issued me a cash refund for one of the transactions.She made my negative experience a positive one. I am a regular at this Burger King and because of the customer service I received. I will continue to come to this Burger King. Thank you for the fantastic customer service.A grateful customer...“
“I wish I could find my ticket for the gentleman's name for this. My daughter informed the sweet young man that it was her 8th bday and he went above and beyond for her, he made her feel so special. I am so grateful for him, it made her night, she had her crown, ice cream and her cup she absolutely loved it, he is such a wonderful person!
