“I have selected to grab food from this location at both the breakfast and lunch/dinner hours. Each time they have been accommodating to any adjustments I requested to be made to my order. Most importantly, the food has ALWAYS been fresh. I’m actually sitting here eating my FRESH hash brown rounds and SEC Croissan’wich while typing this review. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing to get their BK fix.“

“I stop here for breakfast quite often and the food is always good. I order thru the app and it's easy pick up thru the drive-thru line. The ladies are all very nice and the food is always hot. I just wish the app had a choice for Diet Dr. Pepper, I can't seem to find it if it's there. But it's never an option when I order breakfast. So I get a diet coke instead which is alright but I would much prefer diet Dr pepper.“

“My friend swung by, picked me up from work, then we swung by here a second time. We were both served by the gentleman with a beard, and both times were amazing. He made absolute sure that my order was exact and to my liking. He also fulfilled a specific request I had, which we deeply appreciated. Great service, great people! And great food, of course.“

“Teresa the receptionist is very kind , professional and helping nature. Being vegetarian it’s tough at times to know the option and she was very helpful since the first time I came here. “Been eating at this location for a year. Great Service and fresh quality food, clean dining and restrooms.

Recently a number of new employees who do not seem to be trained, are messing up orders, taking way too long to prepare food, and the service can be chaotic at times with orders being lost and mixed up.

Just FYI for the Manager you should correct the situation before it affects the reputation this location.“

“I want the Franchise owners to read this. I was part of the team that spun off from Pepsi to create Yum Brand. I was also part of a team that rebranded Chipotle under McDonalds ownership. I have written 6 books, two of them on customer service.
I am not marketing myself but establishing an idea about my background in QSR business. I don’t know the cause and if it was not a compromising one then please bring back Marisol. In QSR business, it is really challenging to find customer and business focused team members. Marisol was one. She was totally committed to the business and customers. I gave this store 5 stars because of my experience with Marisol and her team.“

“Service could have been better. Order was correct but items were missing when given to us. I understand fast food isn't the best job but a better attitude wouldn't hurt. Food was great, only except half of one of our burger patties was burnt into a rock.“
