Burger King in San Antonio

“Latoya (might be spelled wrong) is a gem. She was closing the lobby but let me order. I know fish sandwichs are a pain but she took great care of me. Truly appreciated letting me order after a long day at work and also the great customer service!

Wife is happy because she got her fish sandwich“

“Been coming for over about a month since we are working next door and we see the same lady always smiling and laughing giving good voice bes. The employees are the best the cashier Perla was so sweet. Food is always hot and fresh thank you for the good vibes your crew gives us.“

“I usually don't like burger king but this place is good poor workers there's only 3 working the whole place but they are killing it getting orders out quickly the interior was fairly clean despite the lack of employees bathroom was clean those poor three workers need a raise rushing around how they are“

“I order 2 bacon cheeseburgers for the 2 < 5 deals> they were ight. The chesse was a cold slab of chesse.

I also added an additional snack, the chicken fries. However they tasted as if they were already fried 30 mins before me arriving.

I use to work fast food, and feel the food could've been more fresh.

“We came specifically for the Philly Cheesesteak burger, but it was no longer on the menu. The drive thru attendant checked and said they still had the ingredients to make them. That's above and beyond service right there. Much appreciated!“

“Miss Faye is the BEST EVER at this store. We just met this sweet lady and she made us laugh. She's the epitome of customer service. She went ABOVE AAAAND BEYOND FOR US. “ok so just had their texas double ..... lets just say the king is back !!! the fries were fresh and perfect !!!! the whopper tasted amazing !!!! dammm enjoyed it more than whataburgers, mcds, sonic, in and out( by far that burger was weak).... definitely going to be going to bk more often!!!

“I brought my son in for lunch and it was obvious they were very busy and very short staffed today. Despite all of the challenges that produced, the team members were all so polite, apologetic, and were non stop working to get the orders out. There were some incredibly rude customers they had to deal with and they did so with kindness each time. I hope everyone working with today gets the recognition they deserve (money - a raise!!)“

“The people are nice and friendly. The food was nice and hot but it took 20 min to get 4 burgers and chicken fries when it was slow. I just got finished with a 15 hour day and needed to get out quick. Im still going to give 5 stars, but please take peoples time into consideration. Were there for fast quick food. If i wanted to wait 20 min i could have gotten a fajita plate or something somewhere else.“

“I ordered the fish sandwich which is wild caught Alaskan Pollock. The food was ready quickly and it tasted really good for fast food. My daughter liked her whopper and said it tasted real meaty compared to other fast food. This was my first visit and I would come back.“

“Before getting to burger king , I was waiting at bush's for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Then I went to long John's and was waiting behind 2 cars for another five minutes, so I just drove straight to burger king , and I was in and out of there! Service was fast and the food was ready fast as it should be. Lady at the drive through was amazing and told me about a deal to save some money. I was in a time crunch , and burger king, made it happen!“

“Extremely understaffed. I feel bad for this business, they gotta step it up with marketing, one guy is on the cook line. It's 6:30 PM FRI night, place is flooded with customers. At this rate it'll take a while for people to get their food“

“Only Burger King within 20 mile radius of my location. Nothing wrong with the food served, it’s BK. Although service is slow even if there’s no line. Can’t fault them, since upon pulling up the window, you can tell the staff are about HS age if not a little bit older. That makes a lot of difference in food service nowadays. With that said, this will not stop me from giving this location my patronage.“

“This is the only Burger King in San Antonio that I will eat at. Food is always fresh and right. These other Burger King's be playing with my money so I will only eat at this one. If you want Burger King the way it used to taste when it was good, then go to this Burger King.“

“I must admit that I have been steering clear of BK since 1999. Tonight my husband and I stopped there tonight because it was the only place on the way home. There were a few cars in the drive thru and about a dozen people in the dining room. There were only TWO employees working. We were greeted and tended to in a timely manner.
I have to say that I was blown away by our experience. My expectations were low. Even though the 2 employees were on an actively sinking ship, our food came out quickly, looked good and tasted so much better than we expected. Daniel came into the dining room to check on us! I don't think I have ever had that happen at a fast food joint. Daniel and his associate were very helpful and hospitable. I believe they both deserve promotions! To handle that situation so calmly and still make the food presentable... I'm super impressed!“

The Juan was very helpful and very polite and professional. Food was delicious I went with something new and it was absolutely worth the risk. The whole experience was wonderful the children area was fresh and clean for my daughter. Will most definitely be back.“

“The people working on Christmas day, 2pm really deserve props!!! The food was great and the service was awesome considering the store and drive thru were both very busy. I really hope the company is giving these employees a great bonus or at least a big thank you!“

“i just went to this location at around 8 pm to pick up an order my mom had placed. the woman that helped me was lovely and super sweet! she seemed to be managing both headset and window on her own(?) and was super apologetic for me waiting only a few moments while she was attending to other customers (even though i didn’t have to wait long at all). her energy was very kind and warm. the order was already prepared and organized nicely in the bag, everything was correct and the portions were awesome, communication about a drink option not being available was immediate, i was in and out very quickly. it was probably the best service i’ve gotten here out of the maybe three times i’ve been. i regret not asking her name before i pulled off because i would’ve loved to mention her directly, but i can only hope she sees this and knows she’s doing a great job. i hope other customers appreciate the work she’s doing. ^_^“

“BK...I stopped into a Burger King in SA recently...near SeaWorld... don't recall the address, but the manager and entire team were so kind. I was struggling w heat exhaustion and just needed a clean place to pull over and have a small bite to eat. Their $.99 cheeseburger saved my life that day! Thanks, SA BK!!!“

“i went to this burger king location at around 12-1 a.m. on march 24th. The black male taking my order had the best customer service i have ever expericned. very down to earth guy and very enjoyable to talk too! If i was the owner, I would give this guy a raise. I'm not sure what his name was but he was very kind!!!!“

“I ain’t even mad that I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Crescent, and I received this overcooked biscuit. “Burger King, your food is fresh and seasoned! It was enjoyable and I can wait to get it again, but on the other hand their service it’s a bit slow. “This is by far the best BK location I’ve been to (I’ve stopped at dozens all throughout the US while traveling for work). The workers are some of the kindest and hardest workers, shoutout to Dylan for always hooking it up with the best coffee in the am! Management is kind and always helpful as well. Whether you’re a fan or not of BK, I highly recommend trying this location to either turn around your opinion or make you love it even more“

“Have not been to a burger king in several years. Was not surprised of the smaller burger size (comparable to McD's). But none the less pretty hardy, fresh vegetables well seasoned patty for an overall satisfying burger, nice crispy fries and a milk shake for 8 dollars. I was impressive to say the least. I will be visiting more.“
