“Dhakan gave us the best drive-through experience. We noticed changes from some of our previous visits.

The greeting was welcoming.Dhakan was very professional, repeated our order when we got to the window, He gave us a receipt/food and thanked us for stopping by.

We picked up two whoppers. on their special price for Wednesday, no different than any other day whopper, very delicious, very fresh. As a regular customer I can tell that there is new management at this location because the employees reflect on it. Thank you all and good job. See you soon.

“Not the best one sometimes the people can be snappy and one time I saw a lady sneezing by my food she was about to bring and I asked for my money back she said why I told her and she got an attitude well excuse me for not wanting to get a workers germs. I got my money back and I haven't been back to this particular burger king.“

“Food was piping hot and delicious!! Burger King, that burger tasted like an old school man had just pulled it off the grill at the river!! So much flavor and was hot!! “The girl taking the order in the drive thru has the patience of a saint! My baby was crying the whole time we were ordering and I'm sure the girl had sooo much trouble hearing us order. I appreciate the polite service. Our order was prepared correctly (we have a couple of very picky eaters in the house) and it was all nice and hot. Will def continue to come here after work!“

“Stopped by tonight and it was so obvious they were short staffed but that didn’t stop the team from sending out fresh and delicious meals. The bald man with tattoos who I believe was one of the mangers had one of the best customer service and a big smile 😃 despite it being very busy. He was very attentive and very friendly. “This BK is sort of hidden on the side of hwy 151 seems very quiet. I have been to many bks and alot aren't that great anymore, but this location off hwy 151 truly cares and you can tell. I hate when my food is bland or not seasoned at all, but here they actually seasoned everything and the burger and fries were on point! Everything was a great experience for us, the customer service was great too! Thank you, We will be back lol.“

“Before getting to burger king , I was waiting at bush's for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Then I went to long John's and was waiting behind 2 cars for another five minutes, so I just drove straight to burger king , and I was in and out of there! Service was fast and the food was ready fast as it should be. Lady at the drive through was amazing and told me about a deal to save some money. I was in a time crunch , and burger king, made it happen!“

“Only Burger King within 20 mile radius of my location. Nothing wrong with the food served, it’s BK. Although service is slow even if there’s no line. Can’t fault them, since upon pulling up the window, you can tell the staff are about HS age if not a little bit older. That makes a lot of difference in food service nowadays. With that said, this will not stop me from giving this location my patronage.“

“Had a really good experience at this Burger King. My food was fresh, everything was correct, and the whole visit was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly, which made the experience even better.

Wayne at the drive-thru window was awesome. He was really friendly and had a great attitude, and you could tell he actually cared about giving good customer service. Regina was also super nice and welcoming. Both of them made a simple drive-thru visit feel like a genuinely positive experience.

I definitely want to give Wayne and Regina a shoutout because they did a great job. Employees like them make a difference, and I hope management knows how much they’re appreciated. Wayne especially deserves a raise for the way he represents the restaurant!“

“I must admit that I have been steering clear of BK since 1999. Tonight my husband and I stopped there tonight because it was the only place on the way home. There were a few cars in the drive thru and about a dozen people in the dining room. There were only TWO employees working. We were greeted and tended to in a timely manner.
I have to say that I was blown away by our experience. My expectations were low. Even though the 2 employees were on an actively sinking ship, our food came out quickly, looked good and tasted so much better than we expected. Daniel came into the dining room to check on us! I don't think I have ever had that happen at a fast food joint. Daniel and his associate were very helpful and hospitable. I believe they both deserve promotions! To handle that situation so calmly and still make the food presentable... I'm super impressed!“

“Extremely understaffed. I feel bad for this business, they gotta step it up with marketing, one guy is on the cook line. It's 6:30 PM FRI night, place is flooded with customers. At this rate it'll take a while for people to get their food“

“I gotta tell you, like a year ago I went to a BK and was sorely disappointed. But, BK has redeemed itself.

The double whopper with cheese minus onions was DELICIOUS! I love the flame broiled taste. It was perfect as in years ago. So happy they are back !!!“

“Had a really good experience at this Burger King! The family-friendly atmosphere really stood out to me. They have a play place, which is such a great feature for families with kids and makes the restaurant feel welcoming and fun for everyone. The inside felt comfortable, relaxed, and like a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal with the family.

The food came out the way it should, everything was prepared well, and it tasted great. The service and overall experience were smooth, and I was happy with both the food and the atmosphere. It’s always nice to find a place where families can feel comfortable, kids have something to enjoy, and everyone can have a good meal. “The way the whoppers were made was really rediculous. One was enough mayonnaise to make four Whoppers,when the only request was pickles mayo and ketchup. And the other one had what appeared to be an aggressive amount of lettuce. We had to re-dress the sandwiches ourselves in order to try and enjoy. Manager was extremely nice, crew was clueless. I've never had a bad experience at Burger King before, so this was weird.“

“Christi is the nicest worker ever. We came by, and she was so hospitable; you don't really see that with a lot of workers at that time of night or in the workplace in general. “I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here, but tonight may have been THE BEST SERVICE EVER. The person who took my order, I saw the name tag say something like Shakeira?, WAS SO FRIENDLY. When I pulled up to the window she made sure I had everything I need. Double checked the food in the bag & checked for the sauces. And this was probably the best the food has ever tasted. ...slow down. It's okay to wait a little bit for fresh food. Jonny and the rest of the guys that work here are awesome and understand that life is going to happen regardless, so they've got a damn good attitude, they're friendly, and they made me feel like it'd be worth coming to this specific Burger King that isn't near anywhere I normally go just for the customer service.

Thanks Jonny, Michael and Kayla. Y'all are some burger kings. This burger is so fresh it's bordering on uncomfortably hot but it taste so dang good I'm not even going to try to wait for it to cool down.

Edit: for real though, I had a really bad day today and the customer service as well as how freaking good the food was took my mood and brought it somewhere that feels not totally stressing. The food is made to order, that means they start preparing it specifically because of your ordering it. It's fresh. Not something that sat under a heatlamp for half an hour. You can taste the difference and it taste like bliss.“
