Diana seems the manager in charge. Horrible service, mean and rude. She was telling me how my order should be! NO receipt and had me waiting 15 mins after she gave me my order to get a copy of my receipt. She came out yelling used foul language. I'm definitely not going back and left a msg at the Burger King number to complain of my mishap! Don't recommend this location to anyone and feel sorry for the employees.
Service is just off; they give attitude towards customers when they themselves are confused about promotions, not to mention they do not update that information or clarify in the app or the branch that they don’t do the same promotions.This place has always been rattling. The area is better off being taken off and sold to make something better, like a in-and-out.

The worst managed burger king I've ever been to, consistently bad service, wrong orders, and cold food. I've been standing here waiting for an app order for 28 minutes and haven't even been acknowledged yet. Meanwhile people have walked in and ordered and walked out with their foot while there are 4 of us standing here waiting for our food.
